The October 13, 2013 Modern Art & Design Auction featuring works from the Estate of Ruth and Dalzell Hatfield, will include over 40 works that come directly from the Hatfield Estate, in addition to a selection of important fine art and design, including an impressive group of Natzler ceramics from the Leopold and Patricia Hirschfeldt Collection.
Fine Art highlights include works by Pablo Picasso, Roy Lichtenstein, Ed Ruscha, Andy Warhol, John Baldessari, Francisco Zuniga, Carlos Merida, and Larry Rivers.
Design highlights include designs by Florence Knoll, Paolo Venini, Hans Wegner, Alvar Aalto, Frank Lloyd Wright, Serge Mouille, and George Nelson.
