A. Rankbook Configuration Rankbook Configuration is used to set up Assignment Types, Assignment Weights and Grade Tables necessary to individualize your own Rankbook.

Assignment

Types

This setup screen allows you to create assignment types (see examples). The system will allow you to create as many assignment types as necessary for you to properly categorize and weight assignments (if you choose to weight them) in each of your courses. Please note that the system will not allow you to delete an “assignment type” if it has already been associated with a course or student grade.


Steps to add/modify Assignment Types: Step 1. Click on <Rankbook Configuration> <Assignment Types> Step 2. Create as many assignment types as necessary to achieve the various categories you require. You may add up to 3 types at a time, once you add 1, 2 or 3 types and click submit, 3 more boxes will appear for you to create additional types. Keep in mind that you may add to this list. Step 3.
