Earthquake retrofit.  I can help you get your basement retrofitted: and you can save on  earthquake insurance: o Measure­up and CAD floor plan ($176.00 and up) o Engineering to the Seattle Voluntary Permit standards ($300.00 and up) o Construction by recommended contractors ($1500 and up) Design consult.  “Get­it­designed­in–two­hours.”   Great for small projects and feasibility  for larger ones. ($350.00). o Recent consults include: attic conversion; in­place kitchen remodel; basement  conversion; kitchen expansion; evaluation of a newly purchased house; single­ story rear addition; bathroom upgrade.
