To make a change, three things are needed. n Structure. Examples include weekly meetings, progress tracking and working one-on- one with a professional. n Support. Have someone in your corner, cheering for you.

A half-cup serving of pineapple is about 42 calories and provides 65% of your daily vitamin C requirement, boosting immunity. Pineapple also has vitamin A, beta-carotene and minerals that support healthy skin, vision, tissues and blood pressure, and bromelain, an enzyme that fights inflammation and cancer.

n Tools. Examples include an eating plan, education sessions and equipment training.
