Festive Season From early December when the hotel is lavishly decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations inside as well as outside and the aroma of mulled wine mixed with the smell of logs burning on the fires greets our guests, there can be no better place to be to get into the Christmas spirit. The 2 and 3 day Christmas and New Year breaks are popular with guests returning year after year to enjoy the festive programme of good food and drink, jolly company and entertainment including welcome parties, lake cruises and much more.
From the M6 Leave the motorway at Junction 40, at the roundabout take the exit to Penrith A592. Follow the road for one and a half miles through the one way system along the main shopping route (20 mile per hour zone), turn left after the traffic lights into Burrowgate, the Hotel car park entrance archway is approximately 100 yards on the right.
