Intimacy, it seems to me, is something that many people are seeking, at least in the abstract. Intimacy, however, is not solely about dialogue nor using the communication model. It's not about long walks or shared interests. It's not about raising kids together and contributing to the running of the household. Intimacy may contain all or many of the above, but intimacy is about, first and foremost, vulnerability and trust. All healthy relationships have a lot to do with the ability to both accept and freely give affectionate touch. In order to do so, I have to be comfortable with touching for touch's sake. Thus, touch may be a prelude, but it is also and primarily a thing unto itself. It is a way to physically say, "I care about you." That this isn't often the case is perhaps best demonstrated by the way people often ask for affectionate touch. They say, Let's just cuddle," as opposed to "Let's cuddle." We gotta get that "just" in there to be sure nobody gets the "wrong" idea. Modern life is so "busy" signal wise that we've had to shut down our senses to survive. We have become dulled and jaded by the sheer volume of stimuli, to our detriment. The nice part about it is that turning things back on simply takes an effort of will. Human development is such that sexual awakening comes before emotional maturity, so sexual turn-ons, arousal, and the fascination with the opposite sex all happen before one has the ability to take a step back and have a good look at what's happening. -CHETAN COURTESY- CONCEPT DIRECTION : AASHISH KHURANA | PHOTOGRAPHY : KAPIL VERMA | MAKEUP : JAANVI KAUR, NEETU KAKKAR | HAIR : NAVJOT SINGH | WARDROBE STYLING CREDITS : STYLIST & DESIGNER DIPANKAR KASHYAP (MALE ) ASST : SUNIL KUMAR | DESIGNER (FEMALE) : ASHFAQUE AHMED | LOCATION : ODD EVEN CLUB, SAKET

Passionate love involves sexual feelings, intense longing for the partner, and euphoric feelings of fulfillment and ecstasy. Desired actions are actions involving closeness and contact with the person for whom one feels passionate love. Components of love such as commitment, intimacy, trust, and attachment are relatively less involved. The source of the arousal that underlies and strengthens passion is mostly sexual desire. The experience of passionate feelings differs between men and women; men tend to fall in love more quickly, while women tend to fall out of love more easily. In addition, cultural differences exist in the views on passion; some cultures see passion as desirable and natural, while others view it with suspicion or even negatively.

As intimacy and commitment develop over time in a relationship, passion tends to fade. Arousal from other external sources can intensify passionate feelings. Accordingly, people with a preoccupied attachment style and anxious people tend to experience passion more often than other people. -CHETAN

Summer is the perfect time to go outside and have fun. It's one of my favorite times of year because there are so many outdoor activities to choose from. Everything is more fun outside, whether you're swimming, running or cycling. But the summer heat can be a problem if you're not careful, particularly in areas with extreme heat and humidity. I've learned a few things about exercising in the heat.

For me, the biggest problems is staying hydrated and maintaining my body's electrolytes and salt. When you sweat, your body loses not only water, but electrolytes and salt, too. This delicate balance of water and electrolytes is crucial to keep your body functioning properly. If you don't drink enough water, you can get dehydrated and suffer from light-headedness and nausea. If not recognized, dehydration can even result in kidney failure and or, in extreme cases, death. There are some things to keep in mind when it comes to exercising in the heat: •

The time of day is important. Avoid exercising from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It's the hottest part of day. Generally, the early morning is the best time to workout, especially if it's going to be scorcher that day.

Wear loose, light-colored. The lighter color will help reflect heat, and cotton material will help the evaporation of sweat.. They are often made from material meant to keep you cool.

Sunscreen is a must. I use SPF 45 just to be safe. It's important to protect your skin. You can get burned and suffer sun damage to your skin even on cloudy days.

Stay hydrated. Before you go out, drink a glass or two of water. Carry a bottle of water or even a hydration pack such as . Take a drink every 15 minutes, even when you're not thirsty. When you're done with your workout, have a few more glasses of water.

Replenish your electrolyte and salt intake while exercising. Simple packs of sodium and electrolytes that keep my system in check.

If you can, choose shaded trails or pathways that keep you out of the sun.

Check the weather forecast before you start your workout. If there's a heat advisory, meaning high ozone and air pollution, you might want to take your workout indoors. These pollutants can damage your lungs.

Most importantly, listen to your body. Stop immediately if you're feeling dizzy, faint or nauseous.

The reason being he was deported from the UK many years back and hence wants to see his daughter settled in the UK. He fixes up her marriage with a family friend's son, only to find out that he has eloped with a white girl! Disheartened, he now wants to find a match for her anyhow and hence takes the help of marriage portals. The daughter is in love with a local boy who is in his final year of Mass com but not an NRI. She gives up all hope on the guy and is ready to marry whichever boy the father chooses for her. But will Sweetiee marry the boy of her father's choice?
