ENCLAVE BELLERIVE

Luxury Lots

HE DISPLAYS HAVEN’T EVEN MADE their debut, yet homebuyers already have invested more than $18 million combined to move into a new residential area in St. Louis County. Luxury community Enclave Bellerive features elegant homes by three area builders—Simon Homes, McKelvey Homes and Fisher & Frichtel—and sits next door to Bellerive Country Club, surrounded by walking paths and lush greenery. The model homes will be presented soon. “I think [those early sales] mean that there’s an incredibly high demand for quality custom-built homes in an outstanding location, with quick access to all the major thoroughfares in the area,” says Jessie Chall, Fischer & Frichtel sales and marketing manager. Thirteen homes already have sold, and 22 lots are still available to new buyers. Each house is custombuilt in this gated community, which also features a gazebo and a fountain-filled pond. “There’s a wide variety of floor plans to choose from among all three builders,” Chall says, noting that there’s a

floor plan to fit all lifestyles. Simon Homes is the company behind Enclave Bellerive’s Villa properties. These single-family houses come in ranch and 1.5-story floor plans; homes start in the $700,000-range. All snow removal, landscaping and irrigation are taken care of by the Homeowner’s Association at these properties. Its display home, the ‘Arlington,’ features three bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, a two-story great room, a columned dining room and a three-car garage, among other perks. The Estate properties come from McKelvey Homes, and are designed with elegance in mind; these properties are located on a cul-de-sac and many back-up to a park-like common space. The featured display—the ‘Bentley’—features four bedrooms, a study, a formal dining room, two separate garages, and more, all in its 1.5-story floor plan. Homes start in the $800,000-range. Properties by Fisher & Frichtel are referred to as the Manors, and start in the $900,000s. All properties sit on more than one-half acre. Its ‘Chesapeake’

display home houses four bedrooms in its 5,572 square feet of living space, as well as a butler’s pantry and open combination great room/kitchen/ breakfast room/hearth room. These luxury homes will be on display soon. “Simon Homes, McKelvey Homes, and Fisher & Frichtel will offer a sneak preview of each of their displays throughout the course of February, with our display grand opening occurring on March 7 and 8,” Chall explains. Sneak previews are available for Fisher & Frichtel on Feb. 14 and 15; McKelvey Homes on Feb. 21 and 22; and Simon Homes on Feb. 28 and March 1. “We’re very excited to be sharing with the community what we have to offer—and about having our customers out to see our homes.”
