The ACPM Property Management Team James A. “Jimmy” Black, Jr. Principal and President Before forming the Alliance Companies in 2004, Mr. Black was Senior Vice President of Cousins Properties, Inc.; then a Principal of Weaver, Grubar, Tyler & Black. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Black also has been affiliated with the Piedmont Triad Development Group, The Urban Land Institute, and the Tenant In Common Association (TICA). A respected longtime community leader, Mr. Black founded Downtown Greensboro, Inc., then served as its Director and Chairman of the Board. He has developed an extensive network of professional and personal relationships across the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina over the years, having served on the boards of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, Greensboro Development Corp., Greensboro Center City Corp., United Arts Council of Greensboro, Bryan Park Commission, and the UNCG Bryan School of Business. Mr. Black attended the University of Georgia, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Development. He holds a real estate license in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
H. Bryant Stoneham, CPA Chief Financial Officer A licensed real estate broker and former business owner himself, Mr. Stoneham has served as ACPM’s Chief Financial Officer since August 2011, when the NAI Carolantic property management team merged with ACPM. He joined NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc., in 2002, conducting real estate brokerage activities. In 2005, he took over as the CFO of the firm, while also serving as the Supervising Property Manager. Before that, Mr. Stoneham was Manager of Finance for the Semiconductor Research Corporation and a Tax Consultant with Price Waterhouse. He is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Raleigh Civitan Club. Mr. Stoneham earned his B.A. in Accounting from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, and a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Katie Black Poole Executive Vice President/Operations Manager Katie Black Poole is responsible for the day-to-day operations of more than 4 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space ACPM manages across the Southeast. Among her duties are budgeting, triple-net leases, and completing yearly CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations. Prior to joining ACPM, Katie was employed by ACPM’s sister company, NAI Piedmont Triad, where she performed roles from commercial property manager to accountant and operations manager. Active in industry and civic organizations, Mrs. Poole earned her BS at the University of North Carolina – Greensboro and holds her real estate license in NC.
John Hampton Controller John is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions and month-end financial reporting for the ACPM Operations, LLC, portfolio of 45 managed properties. He also maintains the accounting records for 12 investment entities. Other duties performed include preparing year-end work papers for the owners of the properties managed, as well as calculation of annual tax, Insurance, and CAM reconciliations.
The ACPM Property Management Team Elaine Fournier, CPM Regional Senior Vice President and Regional Property Manager – SC Region Elaine is a valuable part of the ACPM Property Management team, with more than 40 years’ experience in all types of commercial property management across more than 1 million square feet of property. A leader with proven business management expertise, she understands how important effective, smart commercial real estate management is to a company’s bottom line. From formulating budgets and managing personnel to negotiating leases and planning construction of interior tenant space, Elaine is well qualified to provide ACPM’s clients with expert advice and capable hands-on property management skills.
Diane Brennan Regional Senior Property Manager Diane Brennan has more than 20 years experience in managing retail, high-rise and mid-rise office, industrial, and campus properties of all kinds. While originally based in the Atlanta area, she has performed management oversight across the eastern US, including the upper Midwest, Northeast, Ohio Valley, Tennessee Valley, and southern Georgia. Over the years, Diane has worked for a variety of ownership interests, including joint ventures, institutions and private owners. She is a licensed sales agent in Georgia, and will soon be licensed in Tennessee and North Carolina.
Nicole Eubank Regional Property Manager – Piedmont Triad Region Nicole “Niki” Eubank is an experienced real estate and property management professional who currently manages more than one million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties in the Southeast for ACPM’s clients. With nearly 15 years experience across the commercial real estate industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge in property management, marketing, leasing, brokerage, and construction oversight. She earned her BS at Auburn University and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Allen C. Phipps Regional Property Manager – Central and Eastern NC Allen C. Phipps has 20 years of expertise in commercial property sales, leasing, management, and site/market/income analysis for a wide-ranging client base. He manages approximately 2.5 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties in the Southeast for ACPM’s clients. He is responsible for all property-related issues at facilities he manages, including collection of rents, CAM reconciliation, property maintenance, and timely payment of all operating bills. Mr. Phipps earned his BS in Business Management at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC, and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. He’s a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
The ACPM Property Management Team James “Jim” Buck Stoneham Property Manager – Triangle Region Mr. Stoneham currently manages 500,000 square feet of office, industrial flex, and retail space for ACPM, primarily in the Raleigh, NC, market. Notable projects include the takeover of a 104,000-square-foot office building and managing a series of major improvements to the building. Prior to joining the ACPM team, he had a 30+ year career in various operations and business development roles in the logistics industry, including owning and serving as president of BuckStone, Inc. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW).
