Responsive Property Management Commercial property management is, by necessity, a collaborative enterprise. From the owner and property manager to tenants, maintenance employees, accounting professionals, and others, it takes a lot of expertise to maintain and enhance a property. We believe it’s our job as property managers to facilitate this collaboration—it makes operations more efficient, tenants more satisfied, and maintenance less expensive. Proactive collaboration in real time helps us handle the little things today so they don’t grow into big problems tomorrow. First things first: We are committed to being on-site at every facility we manage at least once a week. The only way to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensure the quality of repair work, and anticipate problems is to be physically present at each property. Next, all of our professional property management staff are supported by MRI’s Workspeed and Tenant Connect, which provides an end-to-end real estate operations management solution. From service request tracking to preventive maintenance scheduling, Workspeed brings process improvements to building owners and managers by combining the benefits of workflow automation, collaboration, and mobile communication. The Tenant Connect online portal is in the process of being rolled out and gives tenants 24/7 access to key account information including the ability to view their statement, submit sales reports, and submit service requests. Tenant Connect and Workspeed allows us to:

Over the past 15 years, Alliance Commercial Property Management has managed grocery-anchored shopping centers for our clients in North Carolina and South Carolina.
