Shots Fired From Mexico At Texas U.S. Law Enforcement At Border by Brandon Darby 23 Jun 2014

A trusted law enforcement source is reporting that shots are currently being fired on the Mexican side of the U.S. border. The shots are intended to harass the increased presence of Texas law enforcement personnel. Source: “Shots fired south of Rincon Village from Mexico. Unknown if smugglers are f***ing with the game wardens or what the deal is.” Minutes later, more information became available. Source: "Not shooting at game wardens, but shooting to be a nuisance.” Another trusted law enforcement source explained that the game wardens have been bringing in much higher numbers of illegal immigrants and destroying the rafts the human smugglers have been using to ferry illegal immigrants across the Rio Grande River that forms the international boundary between Texas and Mexico. The area of the Rio Grande Valley sector where this is occurring is known as Zone 9. It is the Anzalduas area of the river border. This area has become ground zero for the border crisis. This reporter visited the exact area two days ago and will release footage informing our readers and viewers on the hotspot.

UPDATE: Source indicates federal Fish and Wildlife agents are among the law enforcement the shooter(s) are intending to harass. Source indicates this marks the second occurrence in the area in two weeks.

Homeland Security Confirms They’re Paying To Ship And Release Illegals ‘In The Interior’ by ADAN SALAZAR | INFOWARS.COM | JUNE 24, 2014

AP report confirms Infowars reports more than a week later The Department of Homeland Security is now openly admitting they’re using taxpayer funds to ship illegal immigrants anywhere in the country they want to go, confirming Infowars reports that federal agencies are standing down from enforcing border security and instead escorting scores of Central American immigrants deeper inside the US. The AP reports the Obama administration knows it is letting illegals go free, but is refusing to disclose any actual figures: The Obama administration has released into the U.S. an untold number of immigrant families caught traveling illegally from Central America in recent months — and although the government knows how many it’s released, it won’t say publicly. The AP goes on to note immigrants, hailing primarily from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, who survived the perilous journey to the U.S. “cannot be immediately repatriated, so the government has been releasing them into the U.S. interior and telling them to report within 15 days to the nearest U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement offices.” The admission underscores Infowars’ reportage over the past week detailing how federal border agencies have been issued a top-down order to stand down, effectively surrendering control of the U.S. southern border to the overwhelming flood of illegal immigrants. The AP estimates “The figure is widely believed to exceed 40,000 since October. It’s believed to be slightly below the roughly 52,000

children caught traveling illegally from Central America over the same period..” Last week, Infowars exclusively reported US church groups were aiding the surge of illegal immigrants by providing them temporary shelter, clothing, food and in some cases legal advice. Shortly thereafter, McAllen Emergency Management Coordinator Kevin Pagan confirmed to Infowars the US Border Patrol was indeed dropping illegal immigrants off at a bus station in McAllen, Texas, complete with vouchers and bus tickets to travel “somewhere in the interior [of the U.S.]” in anticipation of set immigration court hearings. “They’re not bringing them here, they’re bringing them to our bus terminals because that’s where the Border Patrol understands that they have transportation to go to the interior,” Pagan stated. “So they’re dropping them off and it’s our understanding that they were dropped off with tickets or with vouchers for tickets, but it turns out that some of them tonight didn’t have their tickets or their vouchers for tickets, or like I said their buses are tomorrow, so they have no where to stay.” The city official’s statements added veracity to a Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol agent whistleblower’s accounts of lax border security. Earlier this month, a border agent contacted Infowars on the condition of anonymity and expressed concerns his agency was being asked to release immigrants in largely-Hispanic populated South Texas towns. “In the RGV, we have been releasing aliens, through ICE, in Brownsville, Texas and McAllen, Texas,” the agent told Infowars. “We have been ordered to go out of our way to bus them to those locations for release because they are cities of mostly Hispanic heritage, so fewer people will notice or care. We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago.” Evidence of DHS

collusion in, and premeditation of the catch and release program was further compounded by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement solicitation posted at the FedBizOpps website. A request seeking “Escort Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children” read, “ICE is seeking the services of a responsible vendor that shares the philosophy of treating all UAC [Unaccompanied Alien Children] with dignity and respect, while adhering to standard operating procedures and policies that allow for an effective, efficient, and incident free transport.” The latest AP report also dovetails with sentiments put forth by ICE union boss Chris Crane at a House Judiciary Committee hearing last year, where he lodged complaints about the lawlessness behind the “nation’s broken immigration system.” “ICE has essentially prohibited its agents from enforcing” immigration law, Crane stated. ICE Union Boss Blasts Obama Admin. for Making U.S. Immigration Law 'Essentially' Unenforceable VIDEO BELOW U.S. Border Patrol Paying To Ship Illegals Deep Into U.S. VIDEO BELOW “What message do ICE practices send to the world?” Crane asked. “The message is: ‘We don’t enforce our laws, come on over, and if you do get caught, just lie to us. Lie about the day and year you entered, lie about going to high school, you won’t be required to prove anything.’ “Without investigation, without requiring the alien to provide a diploma or a transcript, the alien will simply be released under DACA [deferred action for childhood arrivals] without first proving he even qualifies for it.” Infowars has also reported that aliens who are detained are not screened for communicable diseases, and that some of the aliens being released into the US have admitted to being former gang members.

Obama Judge Rules Border Fence Racist by KURT NIMMO | INFOWARS.COM | JUNE 24, 2014 Academic wants to force DHS to release names of property owners on border A federal judge has ruled border protection negatively impacts “indigenous communities” and “lower-income minority communities.” Judge Beryl Howell, appointed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by Obama in 2010, agreed

with Denise Gilman, a clinical professor at the of Texas-Austin. Gilman, who is researching the “human rights impact” of border enforcement, sued in federal court to force the Department of Homeland Security to reveal through a FOIA request the names of property owners along the border to determine if fence construction will be disadvantageous to “minority property owners,” Judicial Watch reported last week. Fence construction “along specific portions of the U.S.-Mexico border, including areas in Texas” is mandated by the Secure Fence Act, enacted in 2006. The act permits the Department of Homeland Security to determine “where fencing would be most practical and effective” and requires the agency to consult with “states, local governments, Indian tribes, and property owners. . . to minimize the impact” on those living near the fence. The government argued disclosure of the information will reveal “specific negotiations between landowners and the government, sometimes including a discussion of the particular terms a landowner was willing to accept to permit access or purchase.” The U.S. Customs and Border Protection argued disclosing the names of property owners would subject them to unwanted media attention because the border fence “touched a nerve among many groups.” The agency said “a justified and articulable risk of media harassment” implicates a substantial privacy interest. “This is simply the latest controversy to strike the border fence project since Congress approved it to protect national security and curb an illegal immigration and drug-trafficking crisis,” notes Judicial Watch. “In the last few years the mayors of several Texas border towns have blocked federal access to areas where the fence is scheduled to be built, an Indian tribe tried to block the barrier in the Arizona desert by claiming the feds were intruding on tribal land and a group of government scientists claimed the fencing would threaten the black bear population.” In 2012 Amnesty International declared border security to be a violation of human rights. A two-year study concentrating primarily on Arizona and Texas concluded that “communities living along the border — particularly Latinos and individuals perceived to be of Latino origin, and indigenous communities — are disproportionately affected by a range of immigration control measures, resulting in a pattern of human rights violations,” CNN reported. Amnesty International demands the suspension and a federal review of all immigration enforcement programs. In June a renowned Mexican columnist and academic, Lorenzo Meyer, said an influx of agents on the U.S. side of the border amounts to a human rights violation. Meyer suggested Mexico retaliate by ejecting American retirees. Maria Garcia, the president of the Mexico City-based Aztlan Binational Migrants Movement, said an increase in Border Patrol agents will put lives at risk because migrants will be forced to find more dangerous and remote crossings.
