We are very proud of ROUNDUP 2013. It truly exceeded our expectations with more than 4,000 people enjoying a day of great country music, good food, line dancing and other activities for the young and the young at heart. Of course, the intrigue and beauty of Hummingbird Nest Ranch was a highpoint of the day and played a major role in the success of the event. The proceeds from this fundraising event were returned to our community in donations to worthwhile organizations and also in support of our own projects, including the Service Leadership Programs in our schools. As with any fundraising event, the support from businesses and individuals is key in achieving our goals. As a supporter, you will be contributing to worthwhile programs in our community while advertising your products or services to thousands and at the same time enjoying a wonderful day at Hummingbird Nest Ranch. In addition, your clients and customers will be pleased to know that you provide valuable community support by giving back. The purpose of ROUNDUP is to provide a family-friendly, reasonably-priced day of fun and entertainment for our guests while raising the greatest amount of net profits to support and increase our service to our community. The goals of the 2014 event are to:           

Attract a larger audience from a wider geographical area through increased marketing outside of Ventura County Generate additional revenue through pre-ROUNDUP promotional events Increase sponsorships with generous packages designed to attract sponsors at all levels (See below) Sell out the 5,000-person capacity event prior to opening the gates on April 12, 2014! Deliver a top-notch line-up of rockin’ country music performers which will include a national act Develop additional on-site activities for event participants Expand the event to include a Friday night “featured” performance Expand incentive programs for other non-profit organizations to fund-raise before and during the event Utilize a full-service, ticketing-solutions company to leverage event advertisement and promotion resources Identify a major, long-term community sponsor Utilize areas of Hummingbird Nest Ranch to expand the performance areas of the event
