Veal Breast with Forest Mushrooms Served with mashed potatoes, green peas and chanterelles in sour cream sauce.

Meat Defilada (Feast) Various meat delicacies on a pan: blood sausage, potato sausage, smoked chicken shashlik, pork tenderloin, pork neck, turkey, ribs grilled and roasted with beer and all Kumpel sausages. All this variety with baked potato slices, buckwheat porridge with pork rinds, pickled and fresh vegetables, warm bread, pork fat (bacon) paste and sauces. Is served with original Kumpel-made moonshine prepared in your presence. The dish is for 6-8 big guys. Cooking time: 40 minutes.
