East Hokkaido Map Rausu
Contents Introduction Introduction Nakashibetsu Shibetsu Rausu Teshikaga Events
Most tourists visiting Eastern Hokkaido are here for the breathtaking scenery and wildlife. This guide is filled with local recommendations for places you can go to relax. Public transport is available throughout East Hokkaido, however we highly recommend highering a car to get the full experience, and easily access everywhere. Teshikaga has multiple train stations which you can get to from Kushiro. To get to Nakashibetsu from Kushiro, there is a bus that departs from town center to Nakashibetsu Bus Station. Shibetsu and Rausu can be accessed with buses from Nakashibetsu. There are plenty of hotels and B&Bs available in all areas. We hope you enjoy your trip! 3

NE W AL
Heart Flower Charlie opened their renewed shop in February 2020. Before its grand opening, the store was a florist providing flowers and balloons for all of Nakashibetsu. After building a new modern shop, Charlie reopened with the original florest on the first floor, and a cafe and outdoor shop on the second floor. The whole shop is furnished with rustic camp style furniture, creating a comfortable environment. Charlie is great to stop by for a quick coffee and to browse their camping equipment, even if you're not a camper! 11
The first floor of Charlie has a beautiful selection of flowers, both for special occasions and easy to care for plants that can be used to brighten up your home. Charlie's staff are very friendly and happy to help you choose the perfect bouqet for any occasion. The second floor has a selection of bubble tea, coffee and drinks which you can enjoy with cake. Once the sun starts to set, the cafe's lights are dimmed and lanterns are used to create a camping ambience. The camping and outdoor equipment on the other side is exciting to look at, as the products are carefully selected. Lanterns, cooking equipment, chairs...Charlie has everything you need for camping!
