Who we are We are Recruitment specialists, with experience of both the boom years and the more cautious times. Whatever the state of the market, we understand the importance of the right values: openness, honesty and transparency.

We have a fee structure which aligns our interests with our clients: we charge flat fees rather than basing them on the candidate’s salary. Our prime goal is finding the right profile without the temptation of suggesting the most expensive options. Honesty is the key to our approach we will not actively poach staff from our clients. This honesty extends to our candidates too. If we think they are being over-ambitious we will let them know as we refuse to raise people’s hopes artificially. Within this ethical framework, we will do all we need, when we need to meet our clients requirements over the short, medium and long-term. The result is a track record of developing succesful relationships with everyone from multinationals to start-ups.

pricing the key to our independence You should own the search process and our pricing structure allows you to achieve this. Most recruitment firms are rewarded based on the successful candidate’s salary package, but we think this risks conflict of interest.

With our flat-fees we just want to find the best people, not the most expensive. It also means you can budget more easily, with no risk of surprises. We have two ways of working, designed to put you in control: Retained recruitment: the search process will begin with a one-third of the flat-fee paid up-front with the remainder on successful placement. Contingent recruitment: our “no win, no fee” model means you only pay our flat fee when we meet your needs. We will advise which is the best methodology for your search.
