Your first session will include a Fitness Assessment, a current health status and an exercise routine. Based upon your schedule and goals, you and your trainer will determine when and how often the two of you will meet.

A personal trainer acts as a workout partner and coach. A trainer can provide you with expertise and diagnostic knowledge to develop a safe, effective exercise plan based upon your goals, interests, and current fitness level. Your trainer will also instruct you on proper exercise technique. Working with a personal trainer allows you to MAXIMIZE your results in a focused amount of time. Please pre-pay for training session(s) prior to your first training. Client should be on time for training sessions and ready to go. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a session. If notice is not given the session will be deducted from your current package or payment for the missed session will be required before personal training may continue. All sessions will start and end at the scheduled time. All Personal Training packages or sessions are nontransferable, non-refundable (unless medical excuse is provided by doctor). All sessions/packages expire 1 year from purchase date.
