DROP-IN CLASSES & CLIMBING Class & Climbing Passes for Silver Members are available for purchase at the front desk or online. Each pass includes access to either one group exercise class, or access to the climbing wall during Open Climb Time. All attendees are required to check-in at the front desk. You may purchase a pass up to two hours prior to the class or your intended climb time. Climbing equipment is included with purchase. Climbers may use auto belay or a certified belay partner during Open Climb Time. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 13–14 years with an adult, and 15+ without an adult. A fun place for children 10 and under who are accompanied by an adult. Open to the public during scheduled hours.

The Kroc Center provides a safe environment for your child while you participate in any activity in the facility. Play Care is first-come, first-serve for children 3 months to 6 years. Space is limited. Two hour maximum per day. Adult must remain on-site. Monthly passes are available.

WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME? Our class activity guide helps you find the perfect class for your skill level. You also can always adjust your exercise level to match your fitness and capability. GENTLE HIGH

BEGINNER INDOOR CYCLING This class will teach new riders the basics of indoor cycling, including proper bike set up, body alignment and positions. Classes will include interval and endurance training and will improve strength and recovery. Riders will also be taught the benefits of proper stretching both before and after riding. Come and learn to ride today.

INDOOR CYCLING Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES BEGINNER LINE DANCING Come learn and practice basic line dancing in a fun, friendly, laid back environment. No experience necessary, anybody can line dance!

BLAST Blast features an energetic blend of aerobic kick-boxing, full body strength training and ab work.

BOOT CAMP FITNESS This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX®, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

FLOMOTION Connect with your fellow members in a relaxed fun atmosphere while increasing mobility, flexibility, stability, strength and balance. Flomotion is a gentle, non-impact choreographed class with emphasis in smooth flowing movements. This class is based mainly on Tai Chi, Tae kwon do, Aikido, and Dance Arts.

GROUP FIT Come and be challenged by this blend of resistance work and cardio intervals. This class will use a variety of resistance exercises and will incorporate dumbbells, elastic bands, gravity based moves and stability balls. Come and get FIT!

GROUP STRENGTH Be strong! This course will focus on resistance training and will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exercises resistance bands and more.

Pilates fusion blends pilates and yoga with a focus on core strength and balance. This fun and challenging class will balance intensity and relaxation. Come be revitalized and invigorated in this class where all ability levels are welcome. Modifications will be given.

KROC YOGA: EXTRA GENTLE This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy-does-it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. KROC YOGA: GENTLE This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.

KROC YOGA Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower, gentle approach is offered in Kroc Yoga: Gentle.

MOVING TO HEAL Moving to Heal is a movement class designed to work for anyone with movement issues and open to anyone who would like to move and feel better. This gentle, non-impact, class which incorporates, agility, mobility, stability, strength, balance and flexibility for the full body workout while keeping the movement small and manageable. This class can be done standing or in a chair.

NIA™ DANCE CARDIO This class combines moves from nine forms of dance, fitness and martial arts. Nia™ empowers you by connecting your body, mind, and emotions, and is fun and easily adapted for a gentle, medium or intense workout.

P90X Live is a high energy class. It is pre-choreographed total-body strength and conditioning class that uses your bodyweight and minimal equipment. Includes a cardio, lower body and core workout.

 his water property allows people to do excercises that are diffiT cult on land. Depending on the water level you will only impacting 20-25% of your body weight. No pounding or jarring.

 here is continual resistance to every move you make. The water T alone offers 12-14% more resistance than when you excercise on land. No equipment necessary to increase strength.

GENTLE ACTIVE HIGH INTENSE RECOMMENDED

BENEFITS OF AQUATIC EXCERCISE:

This results in lower blood preure and heart rates during deep-water excercise verses similar excercises on land. Consequently, your heart rate is an estimated 10-15 beats lower per minute during suspended water excercise than for the same effort applied on land.  ater disperses heat more efficiently, so there is less chance of W overheating. The water continuously cools the body. Excercis in the water is cooler and more comfotable than it is on land.

GENTLE SCULPT

Water exercise is the best medicine! This class is adapted for individuals not ready for regular aquatic group exercise. This class will use the healing and soothing environment of water and gentle exercise to promote healthy bodies. It offers another tool in managing chronic conditions and pain, such as MS.

AQUA ZUMBA® Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba water class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

HYDRO-MANIACS Perfect for those looking to cross train in the water. The class starts with a circuit style workout with multiple stations of high intensity movements and ends with core and toning exercises.

DEEP WATER SENSATION 360 Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength and muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

DEEP WATER RUNNING This class uses high and low cadence deep water running to improve your cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, turnover and functional running strength. The results are amazing! Deep water running is an excellent low impact way to reduce stress on the joints, stay cool while training, prevent injuries, recover from injuries, and is a great alternative to training outdoors on rainy days.

AQUABATA/HIIT TRAINING The focus of this class is fat burning! The class begins with a short warm-up followed by thirty minutes of high intensity interval training in the water. Be ready to deploy the “work” in this workout!

This fun shallow water class focuses on balance and mobility. Instructors guide participants through sets of gentle exercises that enhance well-being. Perfect opportunity to learn the basic water aerobics movements. Ideal for beginners or those seeking a low-impact, gentle modality.

Balance and Mobility River Walk uses a mellower pace then our regular river walk class. Movements with and against the current will be used to improve overall mobility and promote better balance. This class is a great introduction to our River Walk Class.

AQUA SCULPT Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.

AQUA FIT* Aqua Fit is a shallow water aerobics class with choreographed combinations performed to lively music. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up followed by 30 minutes of continuous movement in an aquatic environment that provides strengthening, flexibility, and cardiovascular benefits. The last portion of the class will be devoted to specific toning exercises, stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

AQUA BLAST High energy aerobics class providing a variety of workout routines for cardio, toning, and muscular fitness.

POWER RIVER This high intensity workout in the Cove Pool River incorporates cardio resistance challenges, core and strength movement for the upper body while utilizing the river’s dynamic current. Come ready to work hard, burn calories, and challenge your inner athlete!

RIVER WALK CLASS River walk your way to a strong and fit body in the lazy river. Moving both with and against the current you will increase muscle strength while getting a great cardio workout.

MASTERS/TRI WORKOUTS • Early Morning Workout Start the day out right with an early morning swim. Hop in for an intense workout that will help build your endurance. • Water for Lunch Join us for a workout created to your fitness level and goals whether you are a seasoned competitor, novice athlete, or just swimming for fitness.

ADULT WATER POLO Join us for weekly Adult Water Polo sessions. Warmups and drills will be followed by some quality playing time. New and experienced players welcome. Prerequisite: the ability to swim 200 yards and tread water is recommended.
