Play Care The Kroc Center provides a safe environment for your child while you participate in any activity in the facility. Play Care is first-come, first-served for children 3 months to 6 years. We also have a limited child watch option for bigger kids, ages 7-11. Space is limited. Each session is a maximum of 2-hours. Adult must remain on-site. Monthly passes are available.

Indoor Playground Huckleberry Hollow Indoor Playground is for children 10 & under who are accompanied by an adult. Use of Huckleberry Hollow is free to members and nonmembers during scheduled hours.

Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for fitness classes is 13-14 years with an adult, and 15+ without an adult. Exceptions may be made with permission of instructor. Drop-in classes are free for gold members. Class Passes for Silver members and non-members are available for purchase at the front desk. All attendees are required to pick up class token up to 2-hours prior to class.

Boot Camp Fitness This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

Zumba™ This class is a fusion of Latin and International dance music themes that create an exciting, unique and fun fitness class! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

drop-in gym sessions no class pass required! Pickleball This sport for all ages is played on a badminton court with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

“Dump,” “swing,” and “force” your way across the gym in this exciting, non-contact team sport. Using a 175 gram disc, players score points by passing the disc to a player in the opposing end zone, similar to an end zone in American football or rugby.

This exciting Olympic racquet sport uses a shuttle, also called a birdie, that can have a much higher top speed than a ball but decelerates much more quickly. Points are scored when a player strikes the birdie so that it passes over the net and lands on the floor in the opponent’s side of the court. Each side may strike the birdie only once before it passes over the net. Come play this exhilarating sport and develop stamina, agility, strength and speed.

Aqua Sculpt

Get into shape using fun noodles…Whether you are holding, riding, or striding a noodle, you will get a great head to toe workout. Stretching, cardio, strength, toning and flexibility activities while standing and floating suspended with your noodle in shallow and deep water…this fun workout has it all!

This high intensity fun and challenging water fitness class is for the exercise enthusiast. This course will incorporate lap swimming, prolonged water treading, plyometrics on both the land and in the water.

Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, and enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.

Boot Camp H2O Boot Camp H2O is a high intensity water based fitness program. It is UNIQUE because it is a rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises.

Pregnant and postpartum ladies, this class is just for you! Get your heart rate cookin’ and help make your pregnancy and post pregnancy experience a healthier one!

Aqua Zumba!™ Are you ready to add a little spice to your day? Our own Michelle and Kaila are pleased to teach this exciting form of Zumba! Zumba is a “feel-happy” work out that is good for the body and the mind.

This high intensity water aerobics class provides routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement. The cushioning effect of the water reduces stress on the joints, and its cooling effect keeps the body from overheating during strenuous exercises.

Arthritis Gentle Aerobics This class is a gentle step down from our other water aerobic classes. You will still benefit from the overall body workout at a slightly gentler pace.

Arthritis aqua fit

TRI-RIVER RUN

Participants are guided through a series of movements designed by specialists, geared to reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Participants exercise to improve flexibility, strength and range of motion. Swimming skills are not required.

Be run-ready when multisport training starts with this high energy, low joint-impact class. Build endurance and reduce your chance of injury with aqua resistance training. For a greater challenge, attend either the Tri-Bike class or the Tri-Swim class the hour before. All levels/ability welcome. Class taught by USAT certified coach. Ages 15+.

Deep Water Cardio sculpt Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength while creating muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first served basis.

Water Aerobics Enjoy all the benefits of a land workout without the impact on your joints. This class is taught in a shallow area and enables the participant to work at their own pace, providing an overall body workout.

Water for lunch Join us weekdays and choose Water for Lunch followed by a quick bite at your desk. Workouts are designed to rotate between long slow distances, sprints, and will even mix in some IM days. This class can be taken as a monthly program.

River Run Class High paced and safe alternative to running outdoors. Focus on building running endurance. Not for the faint of heart.

River walk Class Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle. Incorporate music and resistance motion with and against the current of our lazy river.

Coming this spring break! Community Swim Lessons Monday, March 21 & Wednesday, March 23. Ages 6+, Noon–12:25PM Come try two drop in community swim lessons during spring break! These classes are designed to evaluate your child’s abilities and comfort in the aquatic environment. Lots of fun and who knows an Olympian could be discovered! Free to members and day pass users.

This class combines moves from nine forms of dance, fitness and martial arts, NIA empowers you by connecting your body, mind, and emotions. NIA is fun and easily adapted for a gentle, medium or intense workout.

Teens—learn to step it up, spin and strike a pose as you hip hop with Shanner, a worldclass dance instructor. Meet friends who love to dance and have a good time in a class designed just for you.

Shake and Tone

hip hop

This high intensity class is an exciting blend of dance, mat and light weight work. Enjoy an exhilarating dance and weight workout set to the beat of motivating music. Burning calories has never been so fun.

Men and women alike can learn new moves and dance to an urban beat. Learn hip hop choreography and create your own unique dance style while you enjoy this upbeat cardio class.

Group Strength

Turbokick™ Aerobic Kickboxing brings martial arts moves into a group exercise atmosphere by combining non-competitive, no contact, aerobic and anaerobic drills using variations of martial arts skills.

Strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups with a variety of resistance exercises combined with cardio intervals. This class will use dumbbells, elastic bands, gravity based moves, and/or stability ball.

Stretch & Tone Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower gentle approach is offered in the Gentle Stretch and Tone class. If you have any health conditions please let your instructor know prior to class.

Gentle Stretch and Tone This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower gentler pace. This class is opened to all ability levels. If you have any health conditions please let your instructor know prior to class.

Come and Swing, Fox Trot, and Waltz to your favorite ballroom tunes. Open Ballroom is not a formal dance class but a time to practice. Meet new friends, share dance steps with others and enjoy gliding across the beautiful maple wood floor. No advanced sign-up needed. Leather sole or non-marking soft sole shoes required. Age 16+ welcome.

Join us for this Chinese exercise and martial art that is practiced in a calm and relaxed manner. Tai Chi improves balance, coordination, circulation and muscle tone while cultivating internal energy and mental awareness. Dr. Oz, America’s doctor (Oprah Winfrey show), called Tai Chi “The perfect exercise for Stress Reduction and AntiAging”. Now offering both beginner and advanced classes.

This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy does it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, along with breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while exercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery and for people who have physical limitations.

Tri-Bike Endurance Don’t let the cold weather stop you from cycling. This winter you can drop-in, hop on an indoor bike, and start pedaling to fitness. Technique, endurance and speed training sessions for the triathlon/multisport athlete. All levels and abilities welcome. Great way to meet other area triathletes. Class coached by USAT certified coach. Ages 15+. CYCLE STUDIO

Stretch and Tone: kids ‘n’ me This class is designed for children. Kids will develop flexibility, strength, balance, listening skills and confidence in a fun social atmosphere. Children must be accompanied by an adult. (18+). Adults are encouraged to participate. Open to ages 2+.
