This is a second year assignment where I combined my interests of digital publishing, brand establishment, eco friendly /organic design and awareness to healthy eating and well being. Tips Check list Freeze your fruit for a more fresh chilled outcome Add ice in last, overblending ice leads to a watery smoothie rather than frosty & icy. Make coconut cubes from coconut water. This will add nutrients including pottasium,magnesuim & other electrolytes. Always use fresh fruit even if its frozen

Use organic food if possible as has more nutrients & flavour.

While Beauty is very much in the eye of

the beholder, there are several traits that seem to be generally acknowledged as appealing.

Clear skin, , Strong teeth , bright eyes and shiny haie. Those looking for a glowing appearance should avoid smoking, refined sugar and processed foods. Smoking causes premature aging and wrinkles. Cigarette smoke also yellows the teeth and may reduce the body’s overall nutrient absorption. Refined sugars cause inflammation in the body, which may result in acne and gum disease. Highly Processed foods also cause inflammation, and attack the enzymes that skin, hair and nail cells need for growth.

Exercise is extremely important for maintaining bone health. Those who lead inactive lifestyles tend to have lower bone densities than those who exercise regularly. Nutrition plays an extremely important role in bone health as well- especially the intake of calcium and vitamin D. Eating a diet low in either nutrient greatly increases a persons risk of bone fractures and bone disease.
