2011 drought, we need to look down to make sure our curbs look as good as the day we moved into our home. In our monthly newsletter, The Cinco Spirit, there is a standing section titled “Who Do I Call. Within that section there is a broken curb phone number. The number for Fort Bend County is 800-690-7623 and for Harris County the number is 281-463-8703. Take note that the Association maintains the gated communities, but the Counties maintain the curbs on the streets and cul de sac areas. There is a website for Fort Bend County that you report these matters as well: Remember, the curbs do a lot more for our appearance than just move water down the street. Community of Life VoLunteers in PartnershiP at Kissito Cane isLand

Imagine if you had no one to share or even worse, you were limited in your ability to participate in the activities you love? Now, imagine how you would feel if someone volunteered to spend time with you and shared your enthusiasm? At Kissito Healthcare, we realize that when you make a difference in someone else’s life, you make a difference in your own. We recognize that our volunteers not only make a difference in the lives’ of our patients, they are the backbone of our Community of Life activities program. We invite you to be a part of the Volunteers in Partnership program at Kissito’s Cane Island facility in Katy, Texas. All of our programs and services serve a common goal: a better quality of life for the patient and ultimately isn’t that the goal we all have for ourselves? Kissito Cane Island is a post acute and long-term care facility.
