Poštovanje prema prostoru i prirodi i poštovanje prema ljudima koji koriste prostor ovih tornjeva ugrađeno je u svaki djelić zgrade – Sky Office dokazuje da i poslovna građevina može imati dušu. Zgrada komunicira s okolinom na svim razinama – prima, propušta i isijava svjetlost, svojim volumenom okreće se prolaznicima, prilaznim cestama se otvara okolini, a klasičnim žičnim i bežičnim sustavima povezuje se s globalnom komunikacijskom mrežom. Napredan sustav grijanja, hlađenja i provjetravanja osigurava zdravo i ugodno radno okruženje.

Sigurnosni sustavi idu korak dalje od dosadašnje prakse, daleko nadmašuju propisane minimume i stvaraju uvjete za neometan rad. Ekonomičnost pri izgradnji i uporaba modernih sustava namijenjenih uštedi energije osiguravaju dugoročnu troškovnu efikasnost i pristupačnost prostora. Parking za korisnike prostora i parking za posjetitelje su smješteni na podzemnim etažama zgrade i izravno povezani s uredskim prostorima.

Sky Office povezuje dizajn, funkcionalnost i energetsku učinkovitost i postavlja nove standarde za poslovne zgrade: organizacija uredskih prostora, krovni vrt, stakleno pročelje pune visine, komunikacijska povezanost, sustavi sigurnosti, najnoviji sustavi grijanja i hlađenja i napredni sustavi namijenjeni uštedi energije svrstavaju ovu zgradu u vrh zagrebačkih arhitektonskih dostignuća.

Sky Office combines design, functionality and energy efficiency and sets new standards for business buildings: organization of office spaces, rooftop garden, full-height glass façade, communication connectivity, security systems, sophisticated heating & cooling systems and advanced systems for reduction of energy consumption – their combined effect sets Sky Office into the top of Zagreb architectural accomplishments. The respect towards the space and nature, and the respect towards people which use the space of these two towers are built into every fabric of this building – Sky Office proves that office building can have a soul, too. The building communicates with the surroundings at all levels – it accepts the light, lets it flow through and it emits light, its volume addresses people passing by, it opens itself to the surroundings with its access roads, and by means of wired and wireless systems it is connected to the global communication network. An advanced heating, ventilation and cooling system provides a healthy and pleasant working environment. Tenant parking and visitor parking are located within subterranean levels of the building and they are directly connected to the office spaces. Security systems take an extra step compared to the common practice, they surpass legal requirements by far and provide conditions for undisturbed work. Cost-effectiveness during construction and the use of modern systems for reduction of energy consumption have secured long-term cost efficiency and affordability of space. The simplicity of space organization allows fast customization based on tenant's requirements.
