How You Can Tell If You’re An Internet Marketing Idiot Did I just say that?….mmmm yeap! that was me! Welcome to Monday :) You know I love my online business and have a great time hanging out with all you lovely people here on my site but today there is no more Mrs Nice Guy around here….lol! Oh No!!! I want to know….are you an idiot?? and if so (OMG) I want to help you….seriously!

Most of you know that I am right into reading great books – especially books about self improvement and business development…


I just finished reading “25 Secrets of Highly Successful Sales People” by Stephan Schiffman, for the 3rd time – he is the number one rated sales expert whose company has helped over 500,000 professionals become more successful. The book is more for salespeople and cold-caller types than us Internet Marketers… But it appealed to me because I anticipated a lot of tips we can apply to everyday tasks and in particular our email marketing strategies! The biggest takeaway I got from the first chapter was when Schiffman talked about following your gut instinct. If you feel there is something wrong in the way you are marketing… The chances are there probably is something wrong! Obviously, there IS something wrong if you are not making money! But, rather than repeating your unsuccessful methods, crossing your fingers and praying it will all get better like most failures do… You need to complete a thorough, step-by-step analysis of your online business activities. Find that problem and snuff it out! Heck, even if you think you have done well and checked off a couple of your online income goals such as… you already made your first dollar or your first $10,000… You should still go through your marketing and promotion process like an over zealous nit nurse armed with a shiny new fine tooth comb. The reason for this?


You may have missed something out or find an issue that is holding you back from really winning and achieveing that 5 or 6 or even 7 figure a month income you crave! I know it’s boring and self-criticism is hard to take… But you should examine what you are doing in terms of lead generation on a monthly basis as a bare minimum. To keep things simple here, ask yourself if you are seeing month on month improvements? If your answer is “no”, then something needs to change. What you should be most concerned with is not that you are not making enough money… or driving enough traffic… or networking with enough high calibre people… You should be most concerned that you don’t know how to do things differently. If you dont change nothing will! Tweet It! You see, if you don’t know how you can improve your internet marketing – then it’s not going to get any better. And continuing in the same way is truly idiotic. I mean if you keep doing what you have been doing, you will keep getting what you’ve got – and that can be stuff all! Changing the way you go about doesn’t have to be difficult… An easy way to “cheat” your way to success is to simply copy somebody else who is successful. Once you take steps to ensure you are moving forward and learning new ways to correct or accomplish better outcomes for your business – never will you wonder if you’re an idiot again!
