WARRANTY STATEMENT Exclusive K-PAX Performance Cars Warranty K-PAX Performance Cars provides a factory-matching warranty on its components and packages for repairs over a period of four (4) year or 50,000 (80,000km) miles, whichever occurs first. The warranty starts on the date the vehicle is sold/delivered to the first retail purchaser or put into service, whichever occurs first. The K-PAX Performance Cars warranty starts and runs concurrently with the Volvo new vehicle warranty. If an approved K-PAX Performance Cars component or package is installed on a used vehicle or after your new vehicle purchase, it will be warranted for the balance of the Volvo New Vehicle Warranty period, or for a period of two years from the date of installation, whichever is longer. Warranty repairs can only be carried out by an Authorized K-PAX Racing Volvo Retailer in good standing. Limitations K-PAX Performance Cars does not offer an adjustment warranty or adjustment warranty period. K-PAX Performance Cars does not offer warranty on vehicles that have participated in racing or timed speed events. Exclusions K-PAX Performance Cars does not offer a warranty on wear and tear items including, but not limited to: filters, brake pads, brake rotors, tires, shock absorbers, etc. KPAX Performance pads or rotors are not included in the Volvo Safe & Secure Program and is the responsibility of the vehicles owner.
