In any event, cleanses are an increasingly used tool to lose weight quickly. How Much Cardio Should I Do? Cardiovascular exercise is important for raising metabolic levels, stimulating optimal blood flow, accelerates removal of toxins from the body and promotes a healthy heart rhythm. The correct usage of cardio can help you to lose weight quickly. I recommend to my clients who can handle it to do cardio twice a day. In addition, the cardio should be of high intensity for a short duration of time. Check with your doctor before engaging into any strenuous form of exercise. The amount of time should be at a maximum of forty minutes. The Meal Plan To increase your metabolic rate or resting metabolism a minimum of 4 meals should be consumed a day. I recommend to my clients that 4 to7 small portioned meals sprinkled with a few snacks in between is ideal for raising metabolic rates. Also drinking 8 to 10 oz of water a day helps to flush out toxins and remove impurities. Moreover every meal should consist of lean protein, healthy fats, and low glycemic carbohydrates.
