Jogging will make you thirsty, so take along an adequate supply of water, the more you flush out your system, the better your overall performance will be in life. it benefits the organs as well, jogging will bring a new surge of oxygen in the body. Also, the oxygen will definitely benefit the brain leaving your mind active and alert to perform more activities. The question is, how to implement a jogging program to lose weight? This may not be easy for most people with the daily pressures of family, those with young children and the demands of work. Whatever your lifestyle is, you will need proper time management that allows for at least an hour or two for personal health care. Consider this for a moment, you have 24 hours per day, one body for the journey of your lifetime. Providing an hour per day for weight control and optimum health is not too much to ask of yourself. You do not have to jog on a daily basis, you can choose to do it every other day. However, when you consider the effects of being overweight, the benefits from jogging daily could probably save your life. It will discipline you in other areas of life as well.

An overweight person runs the risk of health disorders and other health issues more so than most people.
