If you're looking to lose weight from your thighs, today I have 2 exercises that are easy and simple.  You have to do these regularly to get thinner thighs. You'll tone your legs and lose weight. If you are willing to try a few new things, continue reading this short article.  I'm going to teach you something that will help you get firmer legs. Lose Weight From Your Thighs Repeatedly Jump On a Bench Use a bench at home or at the gym for this.  Then jump on the bench with both feet.  For one minute, do this exercise as quickly as you can.  Once you have finished, stop and rest for 90 seconds.  After the rest, start jumping on the bench again with both feet.  But this time, do it for only 30 seconds. That's it. Those are 2 very short sets that will really work your legs. I recommend you do this at least twice a week. Grab a Mini-Trampoline and Do Jumping Jack on It This one is fun and easy.  And the great thing about using a mini-trampoline is that this piece of equipment is excellent for minimizing the appearance of cellulite on your butt and legs. There are two ways you can do this.  Choose whichever method suits you. The first way is to do this exercise all at once for 15 minutes.  Or, you can break it up into 7 sets of 3 minutes each.  The reason I say 3 minutes is because you can do these exercises during commercial breaks on tv.  Each break lasts about 3 minutes. Whichever way you choose, do these exercises 5-6 times a week. So, if you want lose weight from your thighs, give these 2 exercises a try.
