In line with government deposit controls for tenancies, all our deposits are held by Safe Deposits Scotland. This ensures you are fully compliant with the requirements of this legislation.
Once we have received your monthly rental payment from the tenant, the net amount is transferred into your bank account and a full reconciliation statement is emailed to you.
