Sector: Residential Client: developer Project value: £14 million RIBA Work Stages: 2 Concept Design & 3 Developed Design My role: preparing planning application drawings including plans, site sections and elevations Project description: This project includes conversion of the Main School building into thirty apartments, conversion of a Grade II Listed Library building into seven duplex apartments, refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Gate House building as a single dwelling, and design of various types of new terraced houses.

Sector: Residential Client: developer Project value: £0.5 million RIBA Work Stages: 4 Technical Design & 5 Construction My role: coordinating design with the client, other consultants, the contractor and manufacturers information, site visits and answering contractor’s and client’s queries. Project description: This proposal consists of a new high quality contemporary one bedroom dwelling, and is located within a conservation area in south Manchester. Sector: Higher Education Client: University of Leeds Project value: £90 million RIBA Work Stages: 2 Concept Design & 3 Developed Design & 4 Technical Design My role: member of design team, developing 3D revit model, coordination of the design with other consultants and manufacturers information, developing planning drawings, preparing sketches, 2D and 3D outputs for Client presentations, developing tender drawing packages and technical details. Project description: The development consists of a new 6 storey plus basement building with a connecting atrium, and refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Old Mining Building with a new roof extension. The building contains the highly technical laboratories, postgraduate research spaces, undergraduate teaching and academic offices as well as breakout areas and a café.

Project description: The Humanities Building is a new student focused hub for the School of Humanities within the Faculty of Arts. The school is housed predominantly within the series of Listed Victorian Villas. The new development will be linked to existing buildings and will provide new range of teaching spaces including flexible teaching rooms, cinema room and a lecture theatre. The facility also contains a range of social study and breakout spaces for students.

YOUTH CENTRE CRACOW / DIPLOMA PROJECT / POLAND CRACOW UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

Project description: Design of a complex including a multifunctional building and a hostel dedicated to students and tourists. Located in Cracow downtown area. The facade relates to historical neighbourhood and is an attempt of modern interpretation of this element. The complex consists of two separate buildings connected by suspended pedestrian bridges and a green courtyard forming and internal park open for public, with a climbing wall and open air cinema.
