AIESEC FTU HN was established in 2009. Despite being one of the youngest LCs in Vietnam, it has experienced the fast pace of development.

II/ THE WILL TO LIVE CENTER VIETNAM
THE WILL TO LIVE Center, a Social Enterprise, operates in the field of supporting and assisting the handicappedâ€™s integration completely through training, orienting and consulting in order to help disabled people find suitable jobs and sources to consume their products. By doing this, the handicapped will build up their confidence, find it easy to integrate into community and lessen social and familial burdens.

ACTIVITIES THE TRAINING ACTIVITIES Playing a bridging role, the Will to Live center helps people with disability get through 5 steps namely: orientation – reception – integrative care – intensive training – job provision support. The center provides: Computing technology training courses: Microsoft office, applied information technology, graphic design, website design, website management, PC installment and maintainance and network administration. Supplementary training courses: communicative English, independent living skill, soft skill and corporate working skill. THE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES In order to help the learners to get familiar with and continue improving their working skills after graduation as well as to guarantee the financial stability of the center, the Will to Live limited company has been established to provide services including: - Website design - Graphic design - Counselling and supplying computers and related components - Online adverstisement - Gift printing (shirt, glass, plate, brick, etc.) - E-commerce (product sales promotion for the center of PWDs) - Airplane ticket services

III/ NPO- Disabled youth empowerment course
NGO project of AIESEC FTU HN is a project cooperated with an NGO. Our mission is to provide non-government organizations (NGOs) and social enterprises (SEs) with a team of young, proactive, energetic and potential international students to make impacts in the society by joining community projects. “Disabled youth empowerment course” is a project in which AIESEC FTU HN cooperates with a social enterprise – THE WILL TO LIVE CENTER Vietnam.
Joining the project, interns will be assigned to TEACHING DEPARTMENT of THE WILL TO LIVE CENTER in which they have to help the disabled students to improve their English as a powerful tool for them to excel in their career.

Besides, interns will be provided with the chances to make researches on the Social enterprise itself, getting an insight into the Non- profit organization in Vietnam. Hence, they will consult on the ways to make improvement and development on the operation of the Will to Live center.

INTERN’S WORK INFORMATION I/ JOB DESCRIPTION AND ACTIVITIES Job description 1: Delivering the course to the disabled with the help of a Vietnamese assistant Job description 2: Cultural Introduction Interns provide chance for students to enjoy cultural diversity. Interns design 2-3 cultural sessions during the course to introduce about the country interns coming from.. Job description 3: Consultancy in course design Interns will work with the staff to build the content of the lesson to make it more interesting for the students Job description 4: Consultancy in NPO’s development Interns will make research on the organization and help with the administration and/or event organizing. Job description 5: Reporting and giving feedback Interns help AIESEC FTU Hanoi to report and feedback the whole experience working in the NPO.
