From age nine, I knew I would become an author and my dream came true with the publication of Sock Monsters Invade Earth. From there I published home-school books and e-books along with daily journals to encourage creative writing ideas. My life has been about bringing joy to children. My future plans include scriptwriting and full-length novels. My time at Full-sail has allowed me to grow both as a writer and communicator. These skills have allowed me to venture my support in words and deed to change public opinion in Olympia. Lobby Day is an experience I intend to repeat as often as I need to inform our representatives of the importance of equal rights for all. I have served with Equal Rights Washington as well as Planned Parenthood to keep these issues in front of our legislators. My eighteen years experience homeschooling my children has prepared me for the job of organizing and directing projects with dead-lines. I have used these abilities during the years I volunteered at our local AWANA club. My interests are varied and diverse. Books, movies, music and politics are just the tip.
