HELLO AND WELCOME TO OUR SPRING 2018 BROCHURE! We’re delighted to be able to bring such a diverse and exciting array of events to the city this spring! From music and comedy, to spoken word, children’s events and more, there really is something for everyone! We’ve just celebrated our 9th birthday and it’s hard to believe nearly a decade has passed since we undertook our million pound investment to bring life and laughter back to a venue which had previously been left derelict for many years. We are very proud of how the business has evolved into a lively entertainment hub for the communities of Bath and the surrounding area to enjoy for many, many years to come. Bursting with the intensity and realism of the true ‘Boss’, this incredibly successful show chronicles Springsteen’s revered catalogue from the global success of his first breakthrough hit ‘Born to Run‘ – across the massive smash hits of the 80’s with Dancing in the Dark, Born in the U.S.A and the Oscar-winning Streets of Philadelphia – right through to present day classics such as The Rising and My City of Ruins.

They do improv, sketches and stand- up – both writing and performing. Their flagship comedy night, Idle Playthings, takes place every month at Komedia Bath. In 2014, the Idle Playthings made their Edinburgh Fringe debut with the show Ctrl-Alt-Sketch.

Fickle Friends are a ‘80s-inspired indie-pop five-piece from Brighton. Fronted by Natti, they describe themselves as, ‘pop but with a slightly mental indie feel’ and with their claustrophobic synths, scattered beats and a gigantic pop hook, she’s not wrong. They have been making waves since they unveiled their debut single SWIM, which gained nearly six million plays on Spotify.
