DESIGN STANDARDS

In this extensive renovation project for the 2nd and 3rd floors of Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek, meticulous attention is dedicated to enhancing the guest experience. From revitalizing guestrooms to refreshing bathrooms, every aspect is meticulously addressed. The installation of LVT floor finishes and vinyl base, coupled with the replacement of wall vinyl, promises a rejuvenated aesthetic Additionally, the project includes carpet installation and various repairs to fixtures and furnishings, ensuring both functionality and comfort. Specific attention is given to details such as painting entrance doors and addressing maintenance issues, further elevating the overall guest impression. With a commitment to quality and excellence, this project aims to uphold the esteemed reputation of the Four Points by Sheraton brand while offering guests a delightful stay experience.

Georgian Bay Seniors Lodge property improvement project. Located at 7 Harriet St, Penetanguishene, ON, is the comprehensive interior renovations across multiple phases. From resident bedrooms to public washrooms and palliative care areas, the scope covers extensive tasks such as floor installations, wall patching, painting, and electrical works.

With a meticulous breakdown of responsibilities outlined in the issued Appendix prospective contractors were invited to provide labor, materials, and equipment for a thorough overhaul. The project aimed to enhance the living spaces and facilities for the residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Detailed specifications and exclusions guide the proposal process, emphasizing the need for precision and adherence to quality standards.

For Kitchen opted for a minimalist design. Outfitted the space with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and sleek recessed from Circa Lighting and wooden flooring bring an earthy feel to the design.

As an antidote to pastel tones, this Living room manages to look open and ethereal while also being grounded, formal and versatile. Timber side board and Floor, marble center table all of which contrasts nicely with dreamy pink sheers and vase.

About the Site Site Planning and landscape works for north side of the scenic drive from the main IITGN entrance till the end of the scenic drive and the village road on the north. This includes around 59 45 acres land comprising of ravine areas, flat lands and existing storm water channels, roads and structures.

- Access from existing junction of Scenic Road

- Building on stabilized plateau, soil

- Road along ravine slopes and on earth fill

- Connection across ravines through bridges.

-Ravines connecting run-off from the village to the river retained

-Other Ravines filled up and land reclaimed for landscape development

-Plots at level +75.0m, 72.0m and 69.5m

- Connection across ravines is through stabilized earth embankments
