The Uplifting JournalTM isn’t just another journal. If use consistently, it will help you see, understand, and do things you didn’t think of before. That’s why you should think of it as a Bible-centred life-enhancement tool. This powerful tool will ask you questions. It will draw your attention to key areas in your life. It will encourage you to take action, it will become your source of accountability and ultimately, it will help you to transform your life. So please, unleash the power within it. TIPS 1. Carry your journal with you at all times. We know it sounds like a burden, but see it as a new mobile phone. 2. Set a daily quiet time alone. If you already have one. Great. If you don’t please do so. 3. Read, think…think again, and then write. It sounds obvious. But you will be surprise what intentionally pondering on the questions can do to you. 4. Treat your journaling time as an appointment with your Prime Minister or President. Think the of the President of Prime Minister calling you to a personal debrief. 5. Be patient. Be consistent. Be expectant. The habit of journaling may take time to stick. But if you remain hungry of what God can do through this simple but power tool you won’t be disappointed.

You will notice and remember the things you learn. And more importantly, the highlights of your days. 4. You will streamline your building habit process. 5. You will make the often-slippery habit of reading the Bible and mediate on it, to stick. 6. You will find yourself constantly pray from a position of gratitude and expectancy. 7. You will become more curious. 8. You will be a better Bible-doer. 9. You will memorise at least 17 Bible verses. 10. You will keep your ideas and thought at hand. But…, remember this powerful tool is worthless without you. To produce the aforementioned results, like everything in life, your time and energy, on daily basis are required. You must read this You must read this. Inside, in the meditate section of each page, you will find three images on the left hand side. Each image represents a question (please see below) that we decided not to get printed, but are essential to help you mediate as you do your daily Bible reading. What did it impact you de most, or draw your attention? Was there anything in particular thtàs difficult to understand in the text? How will i apply this to my life?

The reason why we decided not to get the questions printed was to give you more space to write down your thoughts. Good news is that you don’t have to memorise these questions. Inside the expandable pocket in the back of your journal, you will find a cheat-sheet and some additional resources. In the review section of each page, you will find five empty blank spaces next to five check or thick off boxes. The idea behind this, was to give you the flexibility to include reminders, to-do items, or habits that you’d like to follow up, track or adopt.

Why

?

We created this journal because we wanted to provide overwhelm, frustrated and confused Christians —and non-Christian alike—with a tool that could help them simplify their lives, increase their productivity and sharpen their thinking, so they can thrive in every area of life. We invested hundreds, if not thousands of hours researching, talking to people, and obsessively thinking how to create this ultimate tool. In other words, we poured our hearts into this project. Since its inception, we knew it had to be practical, easy to use, and meaningful. That’s why, we decided to use a ‘fill-in-the-blank’ design. As avid note-takers and journaling enthusiasts. We know the feeling of a blank page can be daunting. We know what the ‘what do I write down question’ can do to your brain and hand. Your mind revs from one idea to another, while your hand stays in neutral and the end result: Nothing get written down. So in order to get rid of that feeling, we hope this journal takes you on your journey to success. We pray that with whit God’s help your life can be transformed, one moment and one day at a time.
