FULL SERVICE EVENT DESIGN & COORDINATION: starting at $10000

+ Create event budget and manage it based on spending goals + Research venues and assist in selection (if applicable) + Create an actions items list for Client with targeted completion dates for each action to facilitate clear communication between Planner and Client and to enable an organized planning process + Conduct scheduled weekly calls to check in with Client about action item status and progress in the planning process + Create 3 initial design options to begin the design process, and up to 6 additional designs to cultivate and curate the best design for the client + Suggest options for design elements including tabletop rentals, paper items, wedding day signage, lounge areas, and floral design + Coordinate the wedding rehearsal (does not include rehearsal dinner) + Wedding day set up: greet vendors as they arrive and direct them to set up according to layout, act as primary vendor liaison, set up dĂŠcor brought in by Client in assigned areas (usually includes signage, photos, guest book, cake cutting utensils, table numbers, escort cards, menus, etc.) + Behind the scenes event management and troubleshooting + Clean up decor and put in designated room space, or vehicle *Travel and extra staff required to execute the event may be an additional fee

frequently asked questions WHY SHOULD A BRIDE & GROOM HIRE A WEDDING COORDINATOR?

We are the middlemen. We negotiate on your behalf until the proposal and contract are perfect, we worry about vendors showing up, centerpieces arriving on time, directing guests, and setting up so you don’t have to. We take that stress of off you, your mother, best friends and family so they can all fulfill the roles they should be and everyone can truly enjoy. With the majority of a couples time being spent researching vendors, meeting with them, securing contracts and invoices as well as the ongoing planning they will have over their engagement. We know and have been fostering relationships with many terrific vendors that are going to be the best for you in regards to style, taste, & budget. We do the research and heavy lifting for you rather than you doing it yourself.

WHEN SHOULD COUPLES START TO PLAN THEIR WEDDING AND HIRE A COORDINATOR? This depends entirely on the couple and what type of wedding you are envisioning. Is it small and intimate, grand filled with all your loved ones or perhaps an elopement in the mountains? Planning a wedding is no small feat, but we would say that our typical bride hires us anywhere from 1 year to 6 months out from their wedding. The planning process is dependent on venue and vendor availability.

DO YOU HAVE IDEAS ON HOW TO MAKE MY WEDDING SPECIAL, UNIQUE, AND MEMORABLE? Our favorite thing is getting to know our clients, their story, interests and family history. These are the things that are going to make your event unique & special. Learning about you, your taste & style to be able to weave that into your wedding design. THERE IS A LOT OF TALK ABOUT THE “DAY OF SERVICE.” CAN YOU SHARE WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AND MAYBE THE MISNOMER OF THE TITLE “DAY OF”?

To put it simply, there is no such thing as a Day of Coordinator! There is literally no way we could come in and execute your plans on the day of an event. Typically there are weeks of communication between the vendor partners, client, and planner to establish everyone’s needs, & wants for the big day and it is our responsibility to make them all happen in a well designed and cohesive way.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A VENUE COORDINATOR AND A WEDDING COORDINATOR?

A venue coordinator oversees the on-site staff and to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations. Often times the venue coordinator is only there for load in and load out. A wedding coordinator works with you and for you to make every aspect run smoothly from greeting your vendors, timeline management and to ensure that your vision has become a reality.
