HVAC - The HVAC is paid for, however, the funds to finish paying for the HVAC were taken from other resources and this money needs to be put back. Announcements Equipment Needed - Properties is in need of donations of used, but working, lawn equipment; lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, etc. Please see Sam Maise if you have equipment to donate. Harvest Offering - This year the harvest offering will be used to purchase 15 more tables and 90 more chairs for the FLC. If your family is interested in purchasing a table or two and/or chairs, the cost would be as follows: tables are $227 and chairs are $40. A table with six chairs would be $467. 2012 Budget - The Finance Committee is preparing the 2012 budget. Please submit all requests to Kip Boatwright, Chair, Jim Farrington, Co-Chair, or any Finance Committee member. You can email them to kipboat@gmail.com. We need these requests by October 13th. The Finance Committee will be presenting the 2012 budget to the church on Sunday, November 6th with discussion set for Wednesday, November 9th and voting on Sunday, November 13th. Please keep the Finance Committee in prayer as we prepare a budget that is pleasing to God. Veterans Day Service - The TwoGreen Thumbs Garden Club will be honoring our veterans throughout the community in the annual Veteran’s Day service on Sunday, November 6th at 12:30 pm at the Bluestar Memorial by the caboose. All are invited to attend.

Wednesday Night Fellowship Meal October 12th from 5:30 - 6:30 pm (Arrival anytime between 5:30 and 6:30 pm)

The menu is: Roasted Pork Loin, Cooked Apples, String Beans, Yeast Rolls, Homemade Desserts and Beverages (Cheese Pizza always available) The cost is: adults (10-up) $5.00, children (4-9) $2.00 and children 3 and under free. Maximum family cost is $20.00. Reservations/cancellations must be made by noon on Tuesday, October 11th. Call the church office to make reservations or complete the Wednesday Night section on the “Welcome Guest” slip and drop it in the offering plate. Make sure to write your name on the slip.
