SAMBA STEAK STIR-FRY

Total Recipe Time: 25 to 30 minutes Makes 4 Servings pound round tip steaks, cut ¹⁄8 to ¼ inch thick 1 Pico de Gallo (recipe follows) teaspoons vegetable oil, divided 3 1-½ cups thinly sliced bell pepper, any color s medium white onion, cut into ½-inch wedge ½ sliced thinly r, peppe ño jalape m mediu 1 Salt small whole wheat tortillas (about 6-inch 8 diameter), warmed Rub: cloves garlic, minced 3 teaspoon ground cumin 1 r 1-½ teaspoons ground chipotle chile peppe rate until 1. Prepare Pico de Gallo. Cover and refrige ready to use. then 2. Stack beef steaks; cut lengthwise in half and and crosswise into 1-inch wide strips.
