Jesus, I thank you for all you are doing in my life and in others. I thank you for allowing me to experience the love you have for me. I would like to dedicate this prayer to my boss, manager, and leader. I pray that your wisdom and favor pour into their life. I pray that every door they walk into allows them to empower and influence. I pray that you provide them with comfort and peace. I humbly ask that you be with them throughout each battle they face inside and outside work. Cover them, Father. Please let them know they are loved. Please cover their family, close relationships, and assets. Guide them to make good decisions. Provide them with knowledge and wisdom like never before. Protect them as they travel and seek new levels. Empower them to make good decisions on behalf of their teams, peers, and companies. Let them know whom they can trust and guide their steps. Give them the boldness to empower, advocate, and make sound decisions. I pray over my new leader. Let them walk into their new role with confidence and not intimidation. Amen.
A Prayer For My Promotion

Thank you, God for the opportunity to advance within the workplace and my spiritual walk. I pray for my next promotion. Lord, you shared that I should try and see if you would not open a window of heaven and pour out an overwhelming and generous blessing. Father, I pray that the promotion is that BIG. I pray that the money and benefits surpass my expectations and desires. While this is a new experience for me, I pray that my feet will be like hinds’ feet. I pray that no weapons formed against me will prosper. I ask for this release to take place now in this season. I pray that there are folks writing the promotion in place…advocating for me in meetings I am unaware of. I bind any roadblocks and delays. I cancel the enemy’s plan. The promotion is mine. The glass ceiling is broken…and the next ceiling, and the next! Let there be haste for my promotion! Let me knock this new level out of the park with boldness and confidence. I speak and declare multiple promotions. I cancel any slothful spirit that wants to delay the blessing. It is here. It is now. Your light within me will shine, giving a fresh aroma. In Jesus' name, amen.

A Prayer For My Work Bestie Jesus, I thank you for my work bestie. Thank you for their accountability, earned trust, and friendship. I ask that you cover them. Fight any battles they are facing at work and outside of work. I pray that they are able to advance and grow within their career. I pray that you can help me be a better friend and advocate for them. I pray for blessings upon blessings over their life. I hope they know I have their back and that I’m rooting for them to win. I pray that blessings are unlocked and battles they are facing inside and outside of work are taken care of. I pray for longevity and greatness (not fakeness) in our friendship. I pray for a hedge of protection over my family and assets. I pray that I don’t have stress or anxiety. I pray my thoughts won’t be conflicted with worry. I pray that you handle my business for me. I pray that you fight my battles. Please continue to protect my family. Protect their health and wealth. Lord, please continue to bless them. Lord, I pray that my work-life balance is healthy. I pray I’m not stressed but have a healthy and fulfilling life. Father, I ask that you protect and cover me. I thank you in advance, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

A Prayer For Job Satisfaction Father, thank you for all you have done and are doing with my career. I ask that this joy I have for my job does not go away. I want to keep the joy and peace that I have throughout my good and bad days. Lord, I ask that this job continues to exceed my expectations. I pray this job continues to blow my mind. I pray I continue to be satisfied in my role. I pray to have peace in my work that will bleed into my home. I pray my light shines bright at work and that I can share the love of Jesus Christ. Amen.

A Prayer For My Performance Review Father, I pray over my performance review. I ask for your favor and grace to pour down during this review. Lord, I pray that I am highly recognized in this review. I pray that this is greatly reflected in my bonus as well. I pray that my rating and feedback go beyond my expectations. I pray that this review is headed towards a promotion. Heavenly Father, Thank you for allowing me to use my voice as a vessel in your kingdom. Father, forgive me for the times I did not acknowledge you in my life, including within the workplace. I humbly ask for your guidance in my career path. I ask that you guide my feet. Please be the light in my life, and order my steps, Father. I pray and seek your wisdom on my career path. Let me not be afraid of taking that next step. Father, you are with me. Your rod and staff comfort me. I ask that I have the ears to listen and the eyes to see clearly in my career path. Father, I ask for you to protect and guide the leaders of this company. I ask that you give them wisdom, guidance, strategy, and mission. I pray that this meeting is valuable and that it is filled with your blessings. Share with me your wisdom in this meeting. Tell me what to say and what not to say. A Prayer For My Next Role Lord, I thank you for this opportunity to strengthen and develop my skills and God-given talent. I know you said you will be with me always. I pray that you are with me in this new role. I bind any strategy or blockage that an enemy has planned for me, in Jesus’ name. I speak favor and not stress. Lord, I ask that you carry every ounce of anxiety. I pray this new role will be light and easy for me. I pray it is challenging but also peaceful. I pray that you give me the right tools, resources, knowledge, and favor to navigate in my new role. I pray that the pay and role surpass my expectations and that there is a clear path towards advancement. I pray for a supportive team and leadership. I pray that this role takes me to levels of impact that I’ve never had before. Amen.

A Prayer For Boldness In The Workplace Faith over fear. Lord, I know you haven’t given me the spirit of fear. I will not fear. I will be bold, in Jesus’ name. Lord, I ask for any shyness to be removed. I ask for your boldness and for your strength. I ask for your courage and strength to speak up. I ask for your boldness to speak my opinions and thoughts strategically, for I know my voice matters, and my opinion is powerful. I pray for boldness in meetings, and in my 1:1 when asking about a raise or promotion. Boldness when presenting. Boldness when teaching. Boldness when networking and negotiating contracts. A Prayer For My Work Supporters Thank you, Lord, for sending those who are rooting for me to win. I thank you for sending my supporters in the workplace. I ask that you shed light on who my supporters are, so I can pray for them. Lord, please shed light so I won’t be quick or ignorant to burn bridges. Guide my tongue to words of wisdom. I pray that my supporters speak of me highly in meetings where I am not present. I thank you for my supporters and pray for their success and favor as well. Amen.

A Prayer For My Interview Thank you, Father, for allowing me to get one step closer in the interview process. I ask for your favor during this process. I pray that my knowledge, skills, and expertise influence those who are interviewing me. I pray that I am wellequipped to answer any question. I pray that I make a major and positive impact throughout my interview. I pray that my knowledge will be retained and shared at a high level. I rebuke any misconceived notion, bias, or unfair interview practices in Jesus’ name. I cancel any roadblock that tries to prevent me from winning. A Prayer Over My Paycheck I thank you, Lord for this being the “year of triple” for me…even in my finances. I ask that you bless my paycheck. I pray that it will be spent wisely. I pray that my income multiplies. Let it pay all my bills and also be used for savings and investments. Let there be no issues or delays with my pay. Bless HR to ensure that my money is 100%. Let it be used for tithing and offerings, for I know your word says “Try me and see if I don’t open up a window of heaven and pour out a blessing you won’t have enough room to receive.” Lord, let my finances increase to the point where my financial blessings can overflow in many areas. I pray that no weapon formed against me shall prosper in the name of Jesus. I cancel every distraction, anxiety, and roadblock created by my enemies. They are canceled in the mighty name of Jesus. A Prayer For My Resume Lord, I pray over my resume. I pray that it does not get overlooked. I pray that my resume will shine bright in the recruiting and HR offices. I pray that every detail of my outstanding work will not be overlooked. I pray that my resume opens doors and blessings for me that will blow my mind. A Prayer For My Work Haters

I pray for those who speak against me. I pray that you melt any bitterness, anger, or jealousy in their hearts. You prepared a table for me in the presence of my enemies. My enemies will be my footstool. I thank you for my elevation. I thank you for canceling any negative seeds planted by my enemies. I pray every naysayer is blocked. Every gossip, slander, lie, and scheme. It will not touch the anointing you have bestowed on my life. It will not touch the promises you have granted me in my life, including within the workplace. Your word will remain true no matter how hard the devil tries to make me believe otherwise. Thank you for the elevation before my enemies and despite my enemies. Please shed light on whom is for me and against me. Please shed light on any false friends so I can guard my heart carefully. Amen.

I thank you for the favor, Jesus. I thank you for opening up the portal of heaven. I thank you for the open-door season. I thank you for being in the blessing business. You are a Good Father. A Prayer Over Constructive Feedback Father, I thank you for this amazing career. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to be a voice and person of influence in this role. Father, I come before you today to discuss my worries. Right now, I am feeling overwhelmed with life’s troubles. My personal and professional lives have me in constant worry, and I feel things are slipping out of my control. I ask that you take the wheel, Jesus. You said to cast my cares on you, so I’m asking for you to take my worries. Please take the worries of my life. I ask for peace instead of worries. Father, I ask that any roadblocks that are preventing me from completing the work you have called me to do will be removed. I ask that any wall, barrier, or mountain will come down. I pray that you remove any anxiety I may have about the unknown. Remove any fear I have about my future. Limit the noise in my mind, Jesus. I ask that you provide me with the clarity and clear conscience that I need in my next steps. I pray that you anoint my steps. I pray that your hand stays upon me and give me peace. A Prayer Against Distraction

Father, I come against every distraction that tries to throw me off guard. I come against anything that tries to block my focus. Remove it from my path. I speak that my goals will be completed without any delays or setbacks. I pray that the enemy’s assignment is blocked, in Jesus’ name. I pray the enemy will flee and will not distract me from my assignment. No distractions in this season. Jesus, help me keep my focus. Help me to run a straight course without looking to the sides of me and without looking backwards. Nothing can stop the promises you have for me. I thank you for removing these distractions, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

A Prayer For My Business Father, I pray over my business right now. I speak prosperity over it. I speak multiple contracts and a steady flow of funds. I speak high demand over my business. I pray that I can fulfill a kingdom purpose through my business. I speak success over my business. I speak that it will maintain its success through the years to come. Thank you, Father for this business. I thank you for the future success it will bring, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

A Prayer Over The Marketplace I pray over the marketplace. Father, I ask that it aligns in my favor. Let the stocks in which I’ve invested increase. Let the desired role or opportunity open based on the market. I ask that the health of the marketplace lean in my favor. I ask that it flows my way in milk and honey. I ask that there will be more peaks than valleys for me, based on the way of the market. I ask that this takes place in Jesus’ name. Amen.
A Prayer For My Mentee

Father, I pray over my mentee. I ask that you cover them and give them direction. I pray that every time we connect, it will be a blessing for both of us. I pray that we will be able to learn from each other and utilize the strengths we have to our advantage. Father, you shared in your word that iron sharpens iron. I pray that we both sharpen each other. I pray that this will not only be an opportunity to share best practices but also to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I pray that our relationship will have an unshakeable level of trust. I pray that we will be able to learn and build and share wisdom and knowledge. I ask these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.

A Prayer Against Sickness
Father, I pray against sickness. I pray against every illness or disease that hinders us as believers. I pray against every cold, virus, flu, headache, back pain, ache, and pain. I pray against these things. That these things will not hinder us from working and doing what you have called us to do. I ask that you form a shield around us and cover us from any virus, in the name of Jesus. I ask that you heal those who are currently sick. I pray that they have a speedy recovery. I pray that they only have mild or light symptoms. I ask that you cover us, in the name of Jesus. Thank you in advance for your healing. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

A Prayer Over My Dreams And Visions I pray over my dreams and visions. Father, you shared in your word that we will dream dreams and prophesy. I prophesy to my dreams right now, in Jesus’ name. I pray that this is the season I will start seeing those dreams manifest. I pray that the visions become real life. Show me a plan on how to bring these things to plan. Help me organize and map out ways to take steps on ensuring this happens. I thank you for driving purpose through me for your glory. I thank you for these things, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

A Prayer For The Well Deserved Recognition Father, I thank you in advance for the well-deserved recognition at work. I pray my manager and stakeholders recognize how hard I am working. I pray that they recognize this verbally and in writing. I pray that they recognize this in the most meaningful way. I pray that my hard work does not go unnoticed. Let the recognition be memorable. I pray that it is shared broadly and not just privately. I pray that those at higher levels than I see my work and seek me out to recognize all I have done through your strength, Jesus. I thank you for this great opportunity as I begin a new start in the workforce. I ask that I can be like a sponge and absorb every ounce of learning and training that this internship/apprenticeship provides. I pray that this is a great experience for me.
