Dear Valued Airport Industry Representative: I am pleased to present the 2008 AAAE Annual Conference and Exposition exhibitor and sponsorship brochure—and the wealth of high-quality business opportunities it provides you. Each year, AAAE’s Annual Conference and Exposition gives North America’s most influential airport executives an intimate forum to exchange ideas and discuss the industry’s leading issues. Since 1954, the event also has served as a showcase for the industry’s leading suppliers and service providers—vendors like you. The AAAE Annual Conference and Exposition presents a compelling business opportunity for our sponsors and exhibitors. We value greatly your participation as a sponsor and exhibitor. We realize that you have choices when it comes to spending your marketing budget, and we appreciate your support of our Annual Conference. Our goal is to make the 2008 Annual Conference & Exposition the most successful one yet for everyone involved. Sincerely,

Charles Barclay President

Who is AAAE? The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) is the largest professional organization for airport executives in the world, representing thousands of airport management personnel at public use airports nationwide. AAAE’s primary goal is to assist airport executives in fulfilling their responsibilities to the airports and communities they serve. AAAE was founded in 1928 to represent airport management throughout the United States. Each year, AAAE has held an annual meeting to bring airport executives together to discuss the latest problems and issues facing the industry. In 1954, the annual conference expanded to include exhibitors of airport services, products and equipment.

The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Air

Exhibit–Benefits and Events The 80th Annual AAAE Conference and Exposition will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana June 8-11, 2008. The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and AAAE are proud to be holding this event, themed “Airports and All That Jazz” in The Big Easy. From business sessions to beignets, from the pulse of the airport industry to the smooth sounds of the saxophone, you will experience it all at this show in this proud, vibrant city. Be a part of the exhibit hall, where more than 1,500 key airport officials from airports across North America will parade through in search of the latest products and services the industry’s supplier base has to offer. Attendees visit an average of 95 percent of the booths in the exhibit hall!

Benefits of Exhibiting • Three guest passes for one-time entry into the exhibit hall for clients not attending the conference • 16 plus hours of exhibit hall visitation time, including dedicated hours • Exposure in the AAAE Buyers’ Guide in Airport Magazine and Buyers’ Guide CD-ROM and the Conference Program • Listing on AAAE Annual Conference online exhibitors’ guide for one year • Listings in the conference program, alphabetically by company name with booth number and a cross-referenced listing of booth numbers by product category • Complimentary roster of pre-registered attendees for pre-show promotions (After early delegate registration date)

Attendees of the Annual AAAE Conference and Exposition are senior-level managers at airports from around the U.S. and the world. In 2006 over 1,500 airport executives representing 255 airports attended the conference. These executives are budget-shaping decision-makers from the industry’s leading airports. Approximately 87 percent of our attendees have the authority to buy, recommend or specify products and services for their airport! These executives, backed by $3.0 billion-plus in Airport Improvement Funding program money, are the drivers behind projects large and small that rely on industry-leading vendors like you.
