Transformation towards Total Quality
Introduction Success Partners
As we are in the Digital Age, Ministry of Education should develop it’s concepts, methods and objectives in order to improve students always and forever, and make them able to enter the labor market with high performance and skills. The ministry should have students who are able to lead change in their community, create job opportunities and know how to be self-learners... and to learn constantly.
Reaching these goals requires a fresh look to everything that is happening inside the school. Total quality system gives the school the methods to look for opportunities for improvement and gives the flexibility to make constant changes in their performance to suit the latest scientific, economic, cultural and social developments in the society. The school will be an active center of information society that is evolving and learning constantly. Success needs student, teacher, parents and school administration (the four partners in the quality of education.) The mutual assessment program for quality is a new issue of school work, which looks forward to meet the needs of the first beneficiary of the educational process (student) through looking at the school from the point of view of the four partners in the quality of education.
Mutual assessment program for quality in school with its first and second edition is an effort from the teamwork of King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Quality Center and it is supervised by Mr. (Hassan AlHamwi) the General Manager of Arabs Quality Makers. As each humanitarian action does not reach the degree of perfection and needs continuous improvement. We have the pleasure to hear all suggestions and opinions from any member in the educational field. Allah is the Arbiter of Success,,, The Team of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Quality Center

We should always listen to the opinions of students because

Success needs the four partners in the quality of education (student - teacher - parent - school administration) to have the skills of teamwork. Let’s work together..
We should cooperate to have a successful change process.
• We learn how to invest the capabilities of each member in the educational institution. • We learn from each other through teamwork. • We learn how to support and guide the process of change in ourselves. ﺇﻥ ﷲ ﻻ ﻳﻐﻳﺭ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻘﻭﻡ ﺣﺗﻰ ﻳﻐﻳﺭﻭﺍ ﻣﺎ ﺑﺄﻧﻔﺳﻬﻡ This means “Verily never will Allah change the condition of a people until they change it themselves (with their own souls).” For more information and to have your copy Please visit our web page Jawda.hasaedu.gov.sa
