The Mad Hatter’s Ball was truly an evening of incredibly mad fun. The Embassy Suites ballroom was a “wonderland” of orange and yellow and featured whimsical chandeliers, giant flowers, vintage keys, glass doorknobs and even a green carpet.

The Hats... Oh my, the mad hats! Everyone truly outdid themselves with their creative choices! There were feathers, tiaras, tiny top hats and some awesome homemade creations!

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse catered the food and it was wonderful!

The Academy Singers joined in on the fun and entertained us with another one of their wonderful performances.

Dessert Dash Each table combined their bids to earn their order in the newest NCCS tradition, the dessert dash. When their table was called the “table runner had to run for their dessert before someone else beat them to it. The table that earned first choice of desserts bid $ 2,700. How amazing is that?!?

Victory is “Sweet!”

The Auction Auctioneer Aaron Bean kept everyone laughing all night. And, there were some pretty serious bidding battles!

Auctioneer Aaron Bean sells the One Direction Concert Package

At last year’s auction we were so excited to raise $32,000. This year we more than doubled that number with a total profit of

$68, 911

Thank you to everyone that donated their time, donated an item, baked a cake, helped with set -up and clean up, wrapped desserts, and came out that evening to support our school. What a wonderful way to celebrate the school that we all call home! NCCS is truly blessed to have such incredible support from our families and community.
