Kibber Junior Cooperative Society is a company born in 2013 by nine young entrepreneurs, having experienced the Junior Company Asociation legal form for two years.! ! Kibber's goal is, as soon as it finnishes the studies in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation, to be able of living out of the services it provides. ! !

Those services are the following ones: ! ! - Consuntancy services centered on user experience ! - Musical artists and event management. ! - Enfant activities focused on enforcement of psycomotric skills. ! ! This company is part of Mondragon Team Academy (MTA), an organization made up of students and team-entrepreneurs communities born in 2007 within the Faculty of Business Studies of Mondragon Unibertsitatea! Finland 2011 (October-November)!

During the last 3 years, we have done as Kibber, 4 learning Journeys, in order to work on International Business and open mindset towards different cultures.! !

! The first year of our degree, we traveled to Finland (Tampere and Jyv채skyla) in order to learn about the finnish methods of learnings applied in Tiimiakatemia (Team Academy), as it was the place where this way of learning started.! !

(Regarding the activities we where doing there, we had two big groups, ones focused on the projects and another focused on the team. As far as projects are concerned, the most important projects where Metso, where we made a benchmarking process for them and the Restaurant Day, where we organised a big event where the finish people could taste Mediterranean food.) As a team it was a very important learning journey in our team development. We decided the company's name, the first leader team and so on. The biggest learnings where:! !


Team Academy way of working.! First contact with the entrepreneurship.! First time we worked with foreigners.!

During the last 3 years, we have done as Kibber, 4 learning Journeys, in order to work on International Business and open mindset towards different cultures.! !

! The second year of our degree, we traveled to the USA (San Francisco) in order to learn about the entrepreneurial ecosystem/athmosphere that is succeeding in Sillicon Valley.! !

As a team we watched a huge number of companies, entrepreneurs and start-ups working to succed on their dreams, that helped us to open our minds and see different ways of living. The biggest learnings where:! ! The speed and commitment it is needed in order to make your dreams become true.! The way of working of an entrepreneur society (Networking events, open innovation, venture capitals, business angels...).! Pitching skills.! Networking and collaborating need in the succed of the projects.!

China 2014 (January-February)!

During the last 3 years, we have done as Kibber, 4 learning Journeys, in order to work on International Business and open mindset towards different cultures.! !

! The third year of the degree, we traveled to China (Shanghai) in order to learn about how this huge developing country work and the key point of their success.! !

We worked a lot focusing on the benefit of Kibber, rather than each project separately. We visit european people working in China and their reality there. The biggest learnings where:! ! The huge development of the country, they are not anymore only a country of cheap production, but a business creating country. ! How to work with people that culturally have huge differences with us.! First steps with chinese language! The importance of focusing on Kibber's benefit! How western people adapt to chinese reality! The need of having a chinese partner in your business !


LEINN methodology is based on skill and competence development instead of knowledge acquisition. Those are the key elements.! Â !

The origin of the method is in the unit of entrepreneurship Team Academy in Finland with over 15 years of experience we have developed these tools including: responsible autonomy and creativity, dialogue, entrepreneur teams, sense of Community, etc.. You will experience the finnish learning methods. !

All students will have a two-month stay in Team Academy Finland during the 1st year. They also have training trips (learningjourney) to the U.S. in 2nd year and at least one emerging country (China, India, Brazil, Mexico ...) in 3rd year.!

One of the main tools of learning is the team. The skills and competencies of the grade is learning by doing in teams . The teacher's role changes, becoming the coach of the team, similar to a sports team, guiding, asking questions, narrating experiences, advising, etc..!

As an International degree we know the importance of knowing as many as languages we can. That´s why we are able to manage in spanish, basque and english and meanwhile we study chinese.!

We are a young music passionate team. Our aim and goal is to start a new era in the music industry. This new era needs to be based in the transparency, naturalness and closeness to the customer.! Fenix Productions is a production and artist management company. We also love to promote different kind of cultural events.! ! Our activity is expanding to Asia ( China and India), collaborating with different spanish artists so that they are able to play a concert abroad. ! Â

User experience may be considered subjective in nature to the degree that it is about individual perception and thought with respect to the system. User experience is dynamic as it is constantly modified over time due to changing usage circumstances and changes to individual systems with service design tools.!

Kibber Kids

Born in early 2012, Kibberkids is a project that has been created within Kibber in order to create activities to promote children education. In our activities we try to enforce children both physical and mental skills. We also want to make them have the correct values for the current society.! !

The following ones are our current activities:! ! - Christenings and wedding animation.!  ! - We take care of children in their homes.!  ! - We provide particular extra lessons for children between 5-16.!  ! - Year-end school party animation.!  ! - We organize workshops in which we encourage children creativity skills.!  

Dreamension is the dimension in which the dreams of people without resources come true. Through a web platform we connect dreamers (customers of foundations and NGOs) to companies willing to carry out their wishes, to change to use the audiovisual material derived from it in marketing and advertising.!

The visual thinking tool consist on developing new ideas trough simple draws easily recognizable, creating connections between them through mental maps with the goal of generating new ideas. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s really useful to create new and dynamic presentations instead of usual and boring endless documents.! Â !


The 80% of our brain is designed to recognize images. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a universal language that can be understood by all the people around the world. The main uses of this tool are dynamic presentations and documents, team processes also how to take advantage of tablets.!


The events we create are spaces where companies and students are mixed, for a common idea or goal. Is useful for creating new business models and business ideas. This process is done in one day with a minimum duration of four hour for the correct development. We create learning experiences for the attendance based on the experience design.!
