WEST COAST TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING Ages 5+ Trampoline classes can be divided into 3 basic categories: trampoline, doublemini and tumbling. During the next 6 sessions, your child will: • Learn about trampoline safety • Practice basic skills on each piece of equipment • Progress through the CANJUMP program • Increase strength and flexibility • Build spatial awareness, body control and skills that can transfer to many other sports and activities. • Build confidence and have fun!

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB Grades 4-7 This new program, designed specifically for kids in grades 4-7 provides a safe and fun environment with blocks of time allotted for snack, homework support, study time, games and active play. Occasional guest instructors will stop by to offer skill-building in areas of sport, fitness, nutrition and cooking. Kids will meet in the UES Foods Room directly after school and will also utilize the gym and fields. The After School Club is a joint program between Ucluelet Parks & Recreation and Ucluelet Elementary School.

Age 16+ One of the many perks of west coast livin’ is getting out on the water! This Spring, why not join our new Spring Paddling Club! We’re teaming up with Majestic Ocean Kayaking to bring you a variety of exciting kayaking adventures in Barkley Sound. Registration entitles you to four outings over the eight week period so there are lots of dates to choose from. Tours are scheduled for Sundays from April through May and trips will go, weather permitting, from the launch site at Majestic Ocean Kayaking. GYROKINESIS Adults/Seniors Increase your range of motion, core strength and flexibility with the spinal motions of Gyrokinesis. You will learn how to awaken the senses with Taoist self massage and gracefully articulate the spine in a flowing low impact way. Through undulating spinal motions Gyrokinesis re-educates the body to move with fluidity, co-ordination and aligned power. A typical class consists of spinal motions while seated on a stool, ending with stretching and strengthening on a yoga mat. Intensity can be modified to any level. *Limited spots available. Drop-in may be available if class does not fill up*
