Manko concentrates on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. A partner in Rivkin Radler’s Health Services Practice Group, Manko has extensive experience representing healthcare providers, accountable care organizations, performing provider systems, provider networks, and others in the healthcare industry in connection with developing integrated delivery systems, structuring hospital and physician alignment models, healthcare regulatory, and general business matters; commercial managed care and governmental payer contracts that address pay-for-performance, quality, and utilization strategies; third-party reimbursement disputes; and Certificate of Need applications.

Manko also has represented providers and businesses in capital finance transactions and license arrangements in the life sciences arena.

Manko is a frequent lecturer and author on health law topics, including the new delivery models arising from payment reform and the implications of these delivery models for hospital-physician relationships.
