Token Based Support (TBS) offers IT support and consultancy services ‘on tap’. By purchasing tokens in advance, you have the flexibility of calling on specialist support when required with guaranteed access to qualified specialists. A token is a unit of 15 minutes of time. Tokens can be used for any IT support need; telephone or remote support, on-site support – or as needed for project based work. TBS enables you to benefit from all the resources of our experienced professional team; advanced tools, methodologies, highly trained and experienced technical staff - as and when they are needed.
