Claire Foy

Karate Since the Age of Four!

Massive Lips

One minute, folks, so let's touch base here! As far as we know, Claire Elizabeth Foy  definitely had “The Proverbial Crown” on her head, when she won the Golden Globe, and an Emmy for her Netflix role as Queen Elizabeth the Second. So how come she started kick boxing her way across the screen in “The Girl in the Spider's Web”, as if she had been doing karate since the age of four? Sweetly Modest

She need not have worried about those massive lips. It did go her way. After all she was born with the Sun in Aries, and the Moon in Scorpio; which means right from the start, she kicked her way out of the cot onto the carpet, and then on to stage and screen.

The fact is Claire does both Queens and anti heroes as if she was born into some thespian manor: yet even if she is more than gifted, she is also sweetly modest. She even told the Guardian she had a touch of the "heebie jeebies" at the Crown audition “I was five months pregnant. They put me in a wig and – oh God – a wedding dress. I had really bad carpal tunnel, and a swollen nose, and my lips were just massive. I had to flirt with Winston Churchill. I remember thinking, ‘I’m not sure this is gonna go my way...’”

She is clearly someone who does it “Her Way!” Why? Well, a fiery Aries sun and a watery Scorpio moon crave a free wheeling lifestyle, with more than a touch of adventure. She might not admit it, but when she decides something “that is it!”, she goes where necessary. Self control is important as far as her thespian gifts are concerned. She harks from a huge Irish family. with big emotions. Yet, some might say, personal feelings are not Claire' status quo! She does not dig screaming Aries style. Instead,  she goes through layer upon layer of her emotional world slowly and surely.  When she finally hits the primal core, it adds extra finesse to her acting style.

Credit: BBC

Same Old Crap She does surprise herself sometimes too. “I never thought I’d be in something as successful as The Crown. “ she told the Guardian “And when you realise what success brings, and what people think about success... We laud success so much, and think that if you’re successful you’re special. When no, ultimately. Maybe it changes some people. But what I found really disconcerting was that it hadn’t changed me at all. Ultimately, all the same old crap is going on.” Claire's "same old crap", is the dreaded anxiety. Her parents divorced when she was eight, she was tormented by juvenile arthritis, and had a benign tumour growing behind one eye as a girl. But she got through it, and anxious or not, she was once heard to compare herself to the Queen, when she said. “I guess we can both be tough old birds.” Make It or Break It Even though she has everything going for her "this tough old bird" has Saturn in Scorpio. Saturn is a "make it or break it" planet ensuring she is self critical, and prone to acknowledging uncomfortable truths. Claire's inner world is probably not a particularly easy place to be some days. Again, with that moon in Scorpio, she will be always be ready to explore her deeper, more hidden feelings, which include the deep  love she feels for her daughter Rose. Easy  or not, Claire's  professional debut began at the Royal National Theatre in “Little Dorritt” and without a hitch to boot, she did not look back. In fact, she looked forward with her huge, Irish eyes focused on the winning post, probably knowing she was earmarked for greatness; her tenth house placement builds into all that honour and success by the way, and it hit her for six, even if she was born in Stockport!

Good Fortune Jupiter in Capricorn "is the cream on Claire's cake". It insists good fortune shines on, especially if she continues to look at life with a reasonably optimistic attitude. A devoted mama to her daughter Rose she will maintain an upbeat attitude for sure, even if some of her roles pull her into strange, sometimes dark places.

The Spirits tell us that Claire is psychic, because she merges into her roles and becomes them, she has a hidden spiritual nature, it expresses itself with oodles of “old soul energies, more likely from past lives. She might have even been a Queen in one of them! We would not be surprised!

Do you need more in your life..?

Have you reached a point where you need more in your life? You've achieved much of your master plan, accommodated detours, coped when unexpected things cropped up. All those goals and dreams that were once so important  have come to fruition and you're now feeling ready for something new. In fact, you may have started to realise that the last few years have been spent in cruise-control, comfortably meandering along. Maybe your children have left home, your business runs itself, you've more free time, less overheads and there are no tangible challenges or goals to continue to inspire or motivate you. You may have started to notice in some family members and friends that they're becoming increasingly disillusioned with themselves and their lives. They may even seem bitter or antagonistic towards those friends who continue to be energetic and dynamic, who've introduced more into their days over time.

Seeing friends who value working, who enjoy new interests and challenges, setting themselves testing new projects can sometimes cause resentment, envy, jealousy and even prompt sarcastic comments regarding how much they do. Comments like, 'at their age, their time of life why do they bother, what do they hope to achieve, why not sit back now and take it easy?' may be heard. But watching busy, energetic friends can also inspire us to want more out of life. It can motivate us to make an effort to see the benefits in having a go. We can be reminded that nothing ever stays the same. We could use this as an opportunity to reassess our own lives, especially if we find ourselves saying, 'Is this it? I need more in my life'. At a time like this it's great to mix with people who are demonstrating what's possible and can introduce us to a new awareness of our potential.

Remember though, that when we do compare our lives to other people's many aspects may be very different. We all have our own story. What provides motivation and purpose for one may not work for another, or even be relevant. We need to nurture our own goals, find ones which sustain and fulfil us on our way. Equally it's important not to be too reliant on others to keep us on track. We each have our own lessons, learnings and insights to make. Yes, others may be able to offer support but they're not going to be as heavily invested in our life and success as we are. Expecting others to provide ongoing interest, encouragement or monitoring may ultimately result in frustration, resentment and even the development of a possessive, co-dependent relationship.

When you need more in your life it can be good to first take time to explore and try out new opportunities to see what best suits you. Maybe offer to help a friend, local business or charity. Volunteer and see what's involved. Give yourself a reasonable amount of time to get used to the new demands, routine and discipline, to become familiar with the skills required; then you can discover how you feel about making it more permanent. Taking on more commitments doesn't mean overwhelming yourself though. Pace yourself and enjoy this new stage of life. Pre-determine the amount of time you can realistically afford to invest but also accept that once you make a commitment other people may come to rely on your regular input and involvement.

And don't forget that the longer you stay in your comfort zone the smaller it becomes. When you decide you need more in your life be enthusiastic about regularly scaring yourself a little with new adventures. It's a great way to remind yourself that you're still alive!

Green KitKat..?

Nestle have confirmed that the ‘matcha tea’ Kitkat will be available in the UK. This has been a Japanese favourite for 15 years with it’s unique green colour which infuses the matcha tea powder with white chocolate to give a sweet and fragrant flavour. Alexander von Maillot, global head of confectionery at Nestlé, said: "The launches of KitKat Ruby and KitKat green tea matcha are further proof of our commitment to our leading international confectionery brand. "We have introduced other innovative flavours and premium products to KitKat, KitKat Chunky and KitKat Senses in recent years and there is more to come."

The chocolate, which will be sold in retailers across Europe starting in late February, is inspired by one of the more than 350 KitKat flavours in Japan. Other variants in the country include chestnut, baked sweet potato, and melon & cheese. If you’re a fan of Green Tea and Chocolate, this could be just for you. March Horoscopes from Russell Grant

How will the New moon on the 6th bring you happy news..?

ARIES Embarking on a spiritual journey is advised for the beginning of March. The New Moon on the 6th urges you to turn your attention inward. If your current job or lifestyle makes you uncomfortable, it's time to make a change. It may be necessary to take up another line of work or relocate to a different part of the world. Trust your intuition; it will not let you down. Dreams contain psychic messages at this time. Keep a pen and paper handy at all times this month. On the 21st, the Full Moon brings a relationship problem to light. Spending too much time on career concerns is creating resentment with your best friend or romantic partner. Stop telling yourself work is the most important thing in life. Good relationships are more precious than gold. Give them the time and attention they deserve. Scaling back your job responsibilities is strongly advised.

TAURUS Joining a group or team will pay off handsomely during the first half of March. The New Moon on the 6th urges you to join forces with other creative people. Whether you're collaborating on a work-related proposal or developing an artistic project is immaterial. The important thing is that you will get the encouragement and affirmation you crave from people you respect. On the 21st, the Full Moon will create some disappointment on the health front. It will be necessary to improve your eating and exercise habits. Instead of expecting overnight results, pace yourself slowly. It may take a few weeks before you have renewed energy, so be patient. A diet that is mainly comprised of lean protein, fresh produce and whole grains is critical to your wellbeing. Keep sugar to a minimum, as it weakens your immune system and saps your strength. Daily exercise, even if it's a brisk walk, will also improve your physical and mental health.

GEMINI The New Moon on the 6th pulls an exciting career opportunity into your orbit. You could take on a new role with a charitable organisation, cultural institution or creative company. Your ability to work with people from all walks of life will fuel your success. When going on job interviews, emphasise your communication and interpersonal skills. They will help you win this highly desirable job. The Full Moon on the 21st delivers disappointing news about love. A relationship that once looked promising could fall apart at the seams. It's possible you're dealing with someone who cannot be happy, regardless of their circumstances. Playing the role of rescuer will be a game of diminishing returns. You're better off going solo. Are you in a serious relationship? Your partner may experience a terrible blow. A creative project could be rejected or a financial loss could occur. Do your best to create the emotional stability they need.

CANCER You'll have a chance to expand your horizons at the beginning of March. That's because the New Moon on the 6th will prompt you to improve your qualifications, take an overseas trip or develop a personal project. Whatever path you take will have an educational component to it. Being exposed to new ideas and attitudes will prompt you to make some changes to your lifestyle. It's possible you'll take up a spiritual practice or relocate to a different part of the world. Don't be afraid to follow your dreams this month; they will lead you to happiness. The Full Moon on the 21st puts strain on your family life. Relatives may be threatened by the transformation you are undergoing. Stop looking for other people's approval. This is your life; nobody else can lead it for you. If certain family members can't accept your decision, stay strong. Give yourself time to grieve the relationship and move on.

LEO Money from an inheritance, royalty payment or legal settlement will arrive on the 6th, just when you need it most. The New Moon is urging you to enjoy a quiet retreat. If you're in a romantic relationship, you'll have an especially good time with your amour. Are you single? You could meet someone special at a seaside resort. Be open to flirting with a charming stranger. Letting down your defences will pay off handsomely at the beginning of March. On the 21st, the Full Moon brings distressing news about work. There may be layoffs in the pipeline. Instead of panicking, breathe deep and take a longer view. This could be your chance to transition to a more rewarding career. You may have to acquire some advanced skills to land a job that is worthy of you. If that's the case, grin and bear it. Getting a license or certificate will put you in line for some very lucrative work.

VIRGO The New Moon on the 6th paves the way for a passionate encounter with your partner. Take this opportunity to enjoy a relaxing vacation with your amour. You'll enjoy visiting restaurants, shops and sites of local interest together. Are you single? You'll meet someone special at a religious, cultural or creative event. It will be hard to resist the charms of an engaging newcomer at work or on your social scene. Entering into a creative alliance is definitely worth thinking about at the beginning of March. In both love and business, two heads are better than one. On the 21st, you'll be amount of a paycheque. Deductions may have been made for hidden expenses or additional taxes. No matter how much you fight for more money, your efforts will fall flat. Let this be a lesson moving forward. If you aim to get paid a decent wage, you must raise your rates. This won't make you popular, but it's necessary for your own well-being.

LIBRA Finding ways to rest and relax will cultivate renewed health at the beginning of March. Listen to what your body is telling you on or around the 6th. That's when the New Moon will urge you to scale back your work schedule. Taking a vacation, cutting back your work hours or establishing a soothing bedtime routine will make you feel years younger. If you're unemployed, you'll be offered a job in a creative field. The Full Moon on the 21st will put you in an uncomfortable position. It may be necessary to deliver painful truths to a delusional relative. You might be forced to find accommodations for an elderly family member who can no longer live on their own. Alternatively, it may be necessary to have an intervention for a loved one who is in the grips of an addiction. Your initial remarks will not be well received. Stay strong and be honest.

SCORPIO On the 6th, the New Moon attracts romance like a flower draws bees. If you're single, you'll be surrounded by admires at the beginning of March. Choose the sensitive artist who brings out your protective side. This could be a love match for the ages. Are you already in a relationship? Your amour will perform a gesture on your behalf that is truly touching. Be receptive to a gift or favour that comes from the heart. Letting down your guard with your partner will pave the way for a closer, happier relationship. The Full Moon on the 21st brings a shocking secret to light. It's important to be more discreet with people you don't know very well. If someone who has pretending to be your friend betrays you, stay calm. Treat this as a teaching moment. It may be necessary to apologise for some catty remarks you made about a neighbour or relative.

SAGITTARIUS The New Moon on the 6th marks a happy time at home. A pregnancy or a birth could be announced. You might relocate to a beautiful place. It's even possible you'll sell or buy a piece of property; this deal will create both emotional and financial stability. If you've always wanted to adopt a more spiritual lifestyle, do so at the beginning of March. Just because you were raised to value certain things does not mean you have to maintain these priorities. Create a lifestyle that makes you happy. The Full Moon on the 21st will mark some changes to your social circle. You're tired of dealing with someone who enjoys raining on your parade. Going your separate ways will make you breathe a sigh of relief. Don't feel guilty about this break. Pouring energy into this draining relationship has been too costly. Move on to greener pastures.

CAPRICORN Good news reaches your ears on the 6th. The New Moon has a powerful message for you. Be open to accepting signs from the spiritual realm. A strange coincidence, a chance encounter or a found object will affirm you are on the right path. Take comfort in the knowledge your kindness and generosity has been recognised. If you get a chance to study with someone you have always admired, take it. Sign up quickly, as spots will be filled faster than expected. On the 21st, the Full Moon will create some disappointment in the career arena. You may be blamed for something you didn't do. Alternatively, you may be taken to task for not assuming a false front. You're not the type to pretend everything is coming up roses during a famine. Resist the temptation to quit your job before you have another firm offer. Protect your interests at all costs.

AQUARIUS On the 6th, the New Moon will attract a moneymaking opportunity. Getting paid to exercise your creative talent will be the answer to a prayer. If you're not happy with your current job, you could accept a position with a charitable, cultural or religious organisation. Not only will this work be profitable, but it will also be emotionally satisfying. Leaving the corporate world will be especially satisfying. The Full Moon on the 21st could create some legal trouble. A court decision could go against your interest, making you very upset. Instead of dwelling on your anger, find a healthy outlet for it. How you deal with this setback will determine the opportunities ahead. If you accept defeat gracefully, you'll be able to move in to a more supportive environment. Defying authority will further compound your problems. The choice is yours. Resist the temptation to isolate yourself when sadness sets in. Friends can lift your spirits.

PISCES The New Moon on the 6th invites you to dream big. Realising a cherished goal will make your soul sing. Whether you want to relocate, land a great job, complete a creative project or embark on a romance is not the central factor. If you can conceive it, you can achieve it. The first half of March is also ideal for revamping your image. Getting a new hairstyle, updating your wardrobe or joining a new social circle will lift your spirits and improve your outlook. On the 21st, you may have an argument over a joint financial account. A business or romantic partner has a very different attitude towards money. This is putting stress on your relationship. Consulting a money manager may be the only way to resolve your differences. Being able to discuss your concerns with an objective third party will cause some breakthroughs. If each of you are willing to compromise, you can salvage this union.

Birthstones are something the whole world is aware of. Birthstones originated a very long time back. These birthstones even have some association with the planets and their movements influencing the social and personal lives of people. The birthstones are different for all the months. It has some association with the beliefs of astrologists and historians who have been providing their own definitions and phenomenon about the planet movements, zodiac signs and birthstones. The gems and their attributes change lives of individuals. Humans have never seized to believe in supernatural powers and different elements of nature. The sequence of birthstones has been fixed by specialists after much observations and thorough study. They have finalised which stone belongs to which month and what attributes does each of these stones carry with itself. For January the birthstone is Garnet, for February we have the stone called Amethyst. These 2 stones have both different olden times belief that they purify things and they prevent bloodshed. The month of March presents Aquamarine blessing the wearer with love and affection. For those fortunate to be born in April, the most prized gemstone of all is their birthstone. For this month, diamonds truly are a girl’s (or a boy’s) best friend. For May, we have Emerald. The possessor of this gem is protected. June and July the hot months present Alexandrite and Ruby respectively. These birthstones can give the possessor varied abilities and good luck. The later months of the year have birthstones called Peridot, Sapphire, and Tourmaline for August, September and October. November and lastly December have to offer the birthstones known as Imperial Topaz and Turquoise. These are however merely stones and it is a fact that if a person starts to depend on such elements for courage, strength and abilities he cannot become strong, instead he will end up more weak. So it’s just better to keep these precious stones as an adornment and for beauty only.

Live Life Give Life

Rising singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi has unveiled the powerful visual for his latest single ‘Someone You Loved’, in partnership with organ donation charity Live Life Give Life The poignant visual depicts an emotional story between two families who have been brought together through organ donation. Peter Capaldi plays the role of a man who is dealing with grief after losing a loved one. Flashbacks of their final moments together are intertwined with scenes of Peter visiting a family. We soon come to realise that the mum of the family had undergone a heart transplant, receiving the heart of Peter’s on screen partner. Whilst the visual is utterly heartbreaking, there is also an underlying element of hope throughout which emphasises just how courageous and live changing donating an organ can be. Lewis was keen to create a video with a powerful message of loss and hope, and decided to focus on organ donation after his mum, who is a nurse, introduced him to Live Life Give Life. Lewis said “I wanted to do something a bit different to what I had before and try take the opportunity to raise awareness for something that I thought was deserving”.

Herbs &Spices

The use of herbs and spices has been incredibly important throughout history. Many were celebrated for their medicinal properties, well before culinary use. Modern science has now shown that many of them do indeed carry remarkable health benefits. Joe Leech is an Australian dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. He has published hundreds of evidence-based nutrition articles, both for Healthline and his website. Joe has produced almost 250 nutrition videos viewed by more than 6 million people. Here are some of them herbs and spices that Joe has highlighted as having health benefits. Cinnamon contains a compound called cinnamaldehyde, which is responsible for cinnamon's medicinal properties. Cinnamon has potent antioxidant activity, helps fight inflammation and has been shown to lower cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Cinnamon can lower blood sugar by several mechanisms, including by slowing the breakdown of carbs in the digestive tract and improving insulin sensitivity. Sage had a strong reputation for its healing properties during the middle ages, and was even used to help prevent the plague. Current research indicates that sage may be able to improve brain function and memory, especially in people with Alzheimer's disease. Alzheimer's disease is accompanied by a drop in the level of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in the brain. Sage inhibits the breakdown of acetylcholine. Turmeric contains several compounds with medicinal properties, the most important of which is curcumin. Curcumin is a remarkably powerful antioxidant, helping to fight oxidative damage and boosting the body's own antioxidant enzymes. Curcumin is also strongly anti-inflammatory, to the point where it matches the effectiveness of some anti-inflammatory drugs. Credit: Twitter

Peppermint has a long history of use in folk medicine and aromatherapy. As is the case with many herbs, it is the oily component that contains the agents responsible for the health effects. Many studies have shown that peppermint oil can improve pain management in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It appears to work by relaxing the smooth muscles in the colon, which relieves pain experienced during bowel movements. It also helps to reduce abdominal bloating, which is a common digestive symptom.

Cayenne pepper is a type of chili pepper used to prepare spicy dishes. The active ingredient in it is called capsaicin, which has been shown to reduce appetite and increase fat burning in many studies. For this reason, it is a common ingredient in many commercial weight loss supplements. One study found that adding 1 gram of red pepper to meals reduced appetite. However, there was no effect in people who were accustomed to eating spicy food, indicating that a tolerance to the effects can build up.

Ginger is a popular spice used in several forms of alternative medicine. Studies have consistently shown that 1 gram or more of ginger can successfully treat nausea. This includes nausea caused by morning sickness, chemotherapy and sea sickness. Ginger also appears to have strong anti-inflammatory properties, and can help with pain management. One study in subjects at risk for colon cancer found that 2 grams of ginger extract per day decreased markers for colon inflammation in the same way as aspirin.

Fenugreek was commonly used in Ayurveda, particularly to enhance libido and masculinity. While its effects on testosterone levels are inconclusive, fenugreek does seem to have beneficial effects on blood sugar. It contains the plant protein 4-hydroxyisoleucine, which can improve the function of the hormone insulin. Many human studies have shown that at least 1 gram of fenugreek extract per day can lower blood sugar levels, particularly in diabetics.

Pea Milk

As the popularity of veganism continues to rise, so too has the availability of plant-based alternatives to non-vegan favourites. Over recent years the choice of dairy free milk drinks has dramatically improved which includes hemp milk, coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk and the old favourite soya milk In 2017 UK plant-based milk sales were up almost a third since 2015 (Mintel). Now there's a new and exciting choice from Whole Foods who announced it would be introducing the first pea milk product to the UK. The Mighty Society's pea milk will be appearing on the retailer's shelves in March 2019.

So how does pea milk compare to other plant-based alternatives already on the market? What they say * 8g of protein per glass (8x more than almond milk) * 40 per cent less sugar than cow’s milk * Twice the calcium of cow's milk * Free from dairy, nuts and soy whilst being high in fibre and low in saturated fat * It takes 100x more water to farm almonds than peas and 25x more water to farm dairy. Before you picture a green juice-like liquid curdling your morning coffee, pea milk isn't actually green. It's creamy in colour and is made from yellow split peas, which are naturally high in the amino acid lysine (a building block of protein) as well as iron. Dr Hazel Wallace, aka The Food Medic spoke to the Evening Standard and was asked her how pea milk measures up to other dairy-free alternatives.

"The claims are that it's high in protein, calcium and lower in fat than normal dairy milk, and compared to other plant-based milks, it is quite high in protein with around 8g per serving, but that's very similar to things like soy milk," There's no right or wrong when it comes to choosing a milk to suit your lifestyle, "it's a judgement call," she says, pointing out that some products are more environmentally friendly than others. For example, almond milk, which is primarily grown in California where droughts are common, requires lots of water to produce. "So things like oat milk can be a good alternative [to the former], because it doesn't require all the water and energy to grow"

David from Runcorn asks “I'm currently looking to move closer to my family but I don't want to leave my current spiritualist church. Will there be one in Manchester I am happy at..?” Scorpio is a spiritual sign and it will be important for David who has the Sun and Saturn in Scorpio to make decisions based on his need to continue his spiritual path, as well as his desire to be closer to his family. With Venus and Mars in Libra, he can spend a lot of time weighing the pros and cons and it could be he has been thinking about this move for quite some time already. Pluto suggests a big change in David’s relationships over the year ahead and this could happen if he stays put, or if he moves away. So what’s important now is that David seriously considers what relationships in his life mean the most to him and then he should make his decision, act on it and not look back.

Tara from Carlisle asks “I'm about to happily remarry and my kids love their step dad to be. Will we be a family happy ever after..?” Congratulations to Tara on her forthcoming marriage. From her question, this has all the ingredients of a “happy ever after” and as a Cancerian, there is no greater happiness for Tara than being a part of a loving and supportive family. Feeling connected to a loving home is critical to Tara’s happiness and with Cancer being a sensitive and intuitive sign, she is also able to sense what makes her loved ones’ happy too. For Cancerians, falling in love can be intense and intoxicating and there is no reason why marriage shouldn’t improve Tara’s life. Providing she keeps her expectations realistic and knows that a solid couple will work through life’s ups and downs together, her family can anticipate a contented future.

Making time for your favourite activities will increase your charisma. Group events will bring exciting social & romantic opportunities. If you are single, you ooze charm and will attract lots of romantic attention during the first half of the month. People will be drawn to you and soon you will be thinking in terms of 'we' as opposed to 'me'. Later, a new project will take up most of your energy. If you can share this with your partner & other loved ones, so much the better.

Spring is a good time for new beginnings and you are ready to leave dull routines behind. If you are half of a duo, you need to spill out your feelings. Your partner's delighted response to your suggestions should not surprise you, but it will. You may not have realised how much they, too, have longed for something different. Are you single? If you accept an offer to embark on a relationship as March ends, wait until April before mentioning this to your friends.

You are having doubts about a new relationship and you're growing tired of your partner's moodiness. In order to keep them smiling, you tend to go along with their wishes. When you don't, they become resentful. If it isn't how you imagined romance would be, walk away. Start forging a new path towards romantic happiness. You and a partner will have a decision to make around the 22nd which will affect your future together.

Love Horoscopes

Be ready for new romantic opportunities as March begins. You could meet someone special at a spring fete or festival. If you already have a partner, the two of you will be making plans to travel. Be careful around a relative who will be in a pushy mood around the 13th or they might persuade you into agreeing to arrangements you aren't keen on. After the 20th, you will have lots of responsibilities and there won't be as much time for romance or socialising.

You and a partner have too much going on in other areas of your life as March begins and there isn't a lot of time to be romantic. This does not mean you should give up on the idea altogether. Make plans to spend some time away together around the 14th. Choose a destination where you won't be disturbed. If you are single and you receive an invitation to an impromptu party as March ends, drop what you are doing, and go.

A journey around the 6th could prove highly significant for romance. Head for a glittering metropolis and you are sure to have a fantastic time. Don't be surprised to find yourself attracted to a foreigner with a velvety voice. You may be contemplating a career change, mid-March. If this might affect someone else's life, be fair on them and give them fair warning. Some vivid dreams around the same themes will highlight the importance of your close relationships.

Your partner or best friend will reveal something about themselves they've never told you before. You need time for this to sink in. A flirtatious stranger will make you laugh. Spontaneous decisions will be the best ones mid-March. You might wonder why you agreed to a first date and then afterwards, you will be glad you did. Don't rely on electronic communication to keep in touch with friends. Meeting up regularly will be more rewarding.

Your social world will offer a lot of fun and entertainment during the first half of the month. There will be special enjoyment through happy family occasions. Make your love life a priority around the 17th. One way to ensure a relationship continues in the direction you desire is to plan evenings that include candlelight and soft music. As March ends, new opportunities will be so enticing you will be tempted to burn all your bridges.

A movie date with a new partner may not go as expected. If they make you laugh and you enjoy their company, give this relationship a chance. If you are in a committed relationship, you might hear that your partner is in touch with someone they knew intimately in the past. They may be open and honest about this but it could still make you nervous. Shun emotional risks around the 20th. Seek out the company of friends who have proven their loyalty.

Eco Oasis Garden

Interior design seems to be all everyone is talking about these days. I see countless beautiful photos on my Instagram feed every day of people's homes, and how they have done them up to look truly amazing. Yet, I don't see that many photos of people doing up their gardens in the same way. You do not need to compromise on the environment, or spend a fortune to create a beautiful backyard be just as proud of. Plus, you don't even have to have a large garden area to make it look amazing. Some of the nicest gardens I have seen have been tiny! There are many ways in which you can transform your outdoor space into the perfect place to relax, unwind and socialise, whether you utilise your smaller space with a grow bag for your fruits and veggies, have plants hanging from your walls or your garden split into sections. Embrace Water Saving Garden Habits There is no need to soak your garden with water to achieve a bright green lawn. You simply need to adopt water-saving habits in your backyard. For instance, you should always aim to water both the soil and roots instead of the flowers and leaves. Watering your lawn in the early morning or cool of the evening can reduce evaporation so that you can enjoy healthy, green grass during the height of summer. Gardening Tools Making sure you have the right garden tools is probably the best place to start. Simple things like making sure you have a study, outdoor brush if you have large areas of decking or paving that will need to be kept clean and tidy. Or if you have lots of plants,

getting yourself a good pair of gardening gloves to protect your hands; especially in this freezing weather! Then a few other bits that will come I handy are things like a trowel and a small gardening fork - great for planting into pots! You can get most of these items from gardening shops and online retailers. Naturally Eliminate Pests Garden pests can zap away at your happiness and comfort in your garden. If you want to eliminate troublesome insects without using harmful chemicals, you should look for natural ways to fix the problem blighting your backyard. For example, you should directly apply soapy water onto aphids, while half eggshells underneath a vegetable garden will discourage cabbage moths. You can also effectively kill weeds in your garden by pouring boiling water over them.

Use Solar Lighting to Brighten Your Garden Lighting is essential if you plan to use your garden at night or during the evening, especially when summer arrives. If you want to reduce your dependency on electricity and create a comfortable, stylish backyard, you should incorporate solar lighting into the exterior. The solar panels will recharge the battery throughout the day so that you can power the lights during the evening or night. It can, therefore help you create a beautiful backyard while saving you money. If solar powered lighting isn’t right for your garden, The Lifestyle Blogger UK choose stylish LED lighting that will last much longer in comparison to incandescent light bulbs.

Everyone gets ill from time to time. Sometimes it’s a minor cold and sometimes it’s something more serious. When you start to dream about illness or poor health is often a subconscious message that you need to take notice of. General dreams of ill health are often signifying elements of unpleasant changes in your waking life which can create unhappiness and even despair. The added meaning could also reflect on an emotional situation in which you feel you just can’t cope in a situation and reaching a breaking point! This type of dream suggests you need to address your fears head on and try to find a solution to the issue or problem that is plaguing you. You realize that you just can’t continue on this path and the sooner you find a solution the fog of despair will soon disappear. Dreaming of a specific area of your body or body part could be a sign to pay particular attention. This could be an early sign that you need to monitor your health and visit your GP if you have any concerns or worries at an early stage. Even if your GP doesn’t find anything it will put your mind at ease so you don’t have to worry anymore. Dreaming of a doctor is a good sign as it predicts all area’s of your life are set to improve. You may have recently made some changes to your lifestyle so the doctor signifies your healing has worked and you can now move onto a full recovery. If a doctor examines the results of an X-Ray, you are confident about your future. See yourself being x-rayed and great news is coming from a distance. A chest x-ray predicts a new friendship with someone of the opposite sex. Dreaming of a stethoscope says you are about to achieve something unusual and you will be rewarded with a large pat on the back and lots of accolades from others. If your dream includes a hospital this suggests that you have been feeling low and depressed. You know what is making you feel so low but the challenge now is to find a solution. If the hospital is a field hospital (like an Army Mash style), suggests you are missing someone that is very close to you who is currently far away. If you are visiting a hospital or dream of working in one some very surprising news is coming to you!

A secret will soon be revealed if you dream of a midwife. This will have a significant effect so you need to prepare for the outcome. If you are helping a midwife good times and an element of luck is coming. Seeing yourself as a midwife and you should take care. Someone close to you, that you feel you can trust is about to stab you in the back. Protect yourself and don’t reveal too much information to anyone. You might be shocked that a life long friend or colleague has this nasty side to their nature. If you are out of breath or having trouble breathing predicts you are feeling very guilty about something you did in the past. Slow and calm breathing means you are confident about your future; you can achieve all sorts now. If you suffer from asthma and dream of it, then it’s of no significance. However, if not, it’s a warning against loss through high risk deals and speculation. Bronchitis is an obstacle dream. If the illness is short lived, they try hard and you will soon solve your problems. If you don’t recover you will need to ask friends for help. Don’t be afraid to ask for assistance as some tasks just can’t be completed alone! Dreaming a simple cough means its time to double check your insurance as Fire, theft or even a flood is predicted! Lose your voice and it’s a clear signal not to gamble or take any unnecessary risks with your money. See yourself afflicted with blindness and someone close is about to double cross you. If you see others blind or blinded it spells deceit. Be on the look out for treachery amongst those you trust. Seeing an ambulance in your dream is a clear warning against indiscretion with the opposite sex. If you see an empty ambulance it means you will lose a friend. If you call for one for yourself you will soon recover from a recent illness that has dragged on for many months. Call one for a relative or friend and you could have money troubles soon.

To help remember your dreams, try keeping a dream diary. On waking, don’t get out of bed or even change position. Keep a note pad/pen at your bedside and record everything you can remember.
