NiColette Little, MSIA, PMP, CSM

NiColeYe   LiYle   has   over   25   years   of   experience   crea,ng   solu,ons   and   programs   to   deliver   strategically-­‐aligned   informa,on   technology   projects   in   the   electrical   contrac,ng,   distribu,on   /   logis,cs,   public   housing,   mental   health,   and   retail   industries.   Her   exemplary   business   acumen,   exper,se   in   project   management,   strength   in   technology,   and   management   of   human   resources   has   given   her   the   requisite   tools   to   create  programs  and  services  aligned  with  company  goals  and  objec,ves  while  delivering  at  the  highest  level  of  customer  sa,sfac,on.       Currently   NiColeYe   is   the   PMO/Applica,ons   Director   at   Hot   Topic,   Inc.   where   she   provides   strategic   management   of   Merchandising,   HR,   Finance,   POS   and   Business   Intelligence   Opera,ons.   She   leads   a   team   of   PMs,   Business   System   Managers,   Lead   analysts   and   analysts   responsible   for   execu,ng   projects   with   in   the   IT   project   porXolio.   She   is   directly   responsible   for   program/project   management   for   large   strategic   ini,a,ves,   most   notably   the   successful   implementa,on   of   Oracle   RMS,   RESA,   REIM,   RPM,   RIB,   and   Retail   Analy,cs   (RA)   implementa,on  in  13  months.       With   her   role   requiring   over   90%   exper,se   in   communica,on,   NiColeYe   rounds   out   her   skill   set   with   con,nued   educa,on   most   recently   comple,ng  a  course  “ The  Neuroscience  of  Leadership”.       NiColeYe  has  also  provided  excellent  program  and  project  management  service  in  a  highly  matrixed  organiza,on,  implemen,ng  Hot  Topic’s   loyalty   program   which   accumulated   5.3   million   members   in   the   program’s   first   year   and   52%   redemp,on   rate   from   issuing   1.2   million   customer  coupons.       She  has  held  previous  posi,ons  at  Hot  Topic  since  star,ng  in  2006.  She  was  a  Lead  Programmer  Analyst,  Project  Manager,  Program  Manager   and  PMO  Director.       Prior  to  Hot  Topic,  Inc.,  NiColeYe  served  as  Director  of  Informa,on  Systems  for  Community  Research  Founda,on,  a  San  Diego,  CA  based  non-­‐ profit   provider   of   mental   health   services.   NiColeYe   has   served   as   MIS   Manager   for   Bergelectric,   a   $600   million   electrical   contractor   in   Escondido,  CA  and  provided  excellent  management  of  all  aspects  of  informa,on  systems.  She  served  as  Director  of  Technical  Support  for  Nan   McKay  and  Associates,  a  San  Diego,  CA  based  professional  training  &  coaching  company.       NiColeYe  is  the  Director  of  Membership  of  a  local  PMI  Chapter  and  is  crea,ng  a  membership  reten,on  program.  She  volunteers  her  ,me  to   grow  and  expand  the  project  management  community  in  the  Inland  Empire.
