Solution: Client helped design a scrub shirt die-cut pad in pastel colors that was universally recognized within their industry, which allowed multiple copy changes to accommodate regional offices and personnel. Result: Overwhelming feedback from regional offices supporting numerous repeat orders and expansion of the advertising program to include a variety of different Post-It pads.
Client: NFL Super Bowl Sponsor Challenge: The sponsor was seeking high-end gift ideas to give suite attendees, that represented the “Western Image” associated with the Texas Stadium venue. Solution: All invited ticket holders for the sponsor suite were given a large TLT Leather NFL Super Bowl decorated notepad with custom NFL Conchos. Result: Sponsor was contacted after the game by clients seeking additional notepads. Sponsor has since used other TLT items to promote specific Brands.
Client: Nationwide Title Company Challenge: Provide clients with a useful thank-you gift at time of signing. CASESTUDYS Client: Regional Surgery Center Challenge: Provide a post operative care program to encourage proper patient rehabilitation. Solution: Each surgery patient is provided with a heart shaped pillow that is used as a device to hold during needed, but painful post-op cough exercises. As a fun way to encourage use of the pillow, patients were given Pilot Permanent Markers that allowed family and friends to sign the pillow, much like that of signing a cast. Result: Nurses indicated a much more positive response to the exercise and encouraged competition among patients to create the best pillow designs. Client: Movie Studio featuring safety films to school children. Challenge: To provide an inexpensive hand-out at promotional events featuring The Bat Mobile to promote a variety of automotive safety issues. Solution: A custom designed key chain pen
was created that was an exact duplicate of the Bat Mobile, complete with opening doors and retractable ball point pen. Results: Children had a lasting reminder of the special event as well as a useful pen to keep that reinforced the importance of the message being addressed.

Client: Meeting and Travel Planner Challenge: Provide 4 days worth of outfits for meeting planners staff to be worn at a variety of events, ranging from airport greeting to business-casual break-out sessions, that would easily identify their staff during a large technology company’s national sales meeting. Solution: The key was high visibility and easy-care items in bright colors. Solution: With prior approval from the show management, the company selected several mediums to direct traffic towards their booth. Using vinyl graphics on elevator doors, concrete graphics in parking garage and pop-up banner displays in public areas the company was able to encourage attendees to visit their booth for specific benefits. Result: An estimated 40% increase in booth traffic was reported with a nearly 50% increase in badge scans for literature requests.

Client: Medical Supply Company Challenge: Develop a unique pre-show mailing to build tradeshow traffic by announcing gift giveaway at booth. Solution: Company mailed pre-registered participants a custom leather coaster from TLT, that was embossed with the FREE GIFT message, notifying them to bring the coaster to the booth to receive their gift. Participants received a Travel Mug with new product information inserted into the mug. Result: Traffic increased over 40% from the previous year and customer service reported a steady increase of incoming calls for the newly released product.
Client: Regional Café – multiple locations Challenge: Due to losing market share the decision was made to re-brand the café through a variety of menu changes, interior design changes and a Grand Re-Opening celebration requiring a dynamic gift for those attending. Solution: All participants of the Grand Re-Opening received a 16 oz. glass featuring custom glow process with logo screened and bottom sham sprayed to match leaving a lasting brand impression. Solution: Schools were able to overcome the challenge of absenteeism and trash while providing school spirit through the use of a BPA Free aluminum cyclist sport bottle with a colorful sublimation process bearing the school logo and individual student’s name. Result: Students connected with their own bottles, thus eliminating sharing, which provided a noticeable decrease in absenteeism and reduction of litter on campus.

Concrete graphics were placed strategically at pre-determined mile markers to announce upcoming aid and refreshment stations and contained motivational messages to encourage the runners. Result: Sponsor received excellent coverage through a variety of camera angles and was complemented by participants for the highly visible notifications on the course.
Client: Regional Real Estate Company Challenge: As a golf tournament sponsor, the company wanted to gain the most exposure for their sponsorship dollars without utilizing traditional products such as golf balls. Solution: Working in conjunction with the course and tournament coordinators, the real estate team designed a series of fun, informative vinyl graphics to be placed directly on carts and additional concrete graphics to be placed on cart paths featuring specific benefits of working with the company. CASESTUDYS Client: National Trucking Company Challenge: To introduce new OTR tanker shipping services to a host of new clients in a variety of industries previously not serviced. Solution: Provide all sales associates with a significant quantity of die-cast replicas of the new fleet of tanker trucks, allowing the sales teams to leave behind a desk-top reminder to reinforce the new services provided. Each truck was accompanied by an introductory letter from the president and a rate sheet. Result: The entire fleet was at 100% booking within 2 months of the start of the new service and the trucking company added other die-cast models to reinforce their brand.
