2015/2016: A YEAR IN REVIEW

kettlebells4kids is on a mission to get homeless kids moving in a new direction. We believe that building strong, confident children today will create healthy, successful communities tomorrow. With your support, we can help strengthen their physical, social and emotional skills by consistently bringing active play and fitness equipment and programs to homeless shelters across America.

THANK YOU Our 1st Bright Space | Framingham, MA

Dear Champion for Homeless Children, I am proud to share our very first annual report with you. It is hard to believe that just over 18 months ago, we formalized the creation of kettlebells4kids. With the dollars we raised in 2015, we have already made significant impact in the lives of homeless children and their families in 2016. There are so many incredible organizations that support the basic needs of homelessness—food, shelter, clothing and early education. But there are very few that are dedicated to bringing active play and fitness into shelters across America to create lifelong healthy habits. Our 2nd Bright Space | Sanford, ME

Not having a stable place to call “home” adversely affects a child’s ability to learn and grow. We believe, and research shows, that the power of fitness can dramatically increase their chances for success. Building not only their physical strength, but improving their social and emotional strength will foster their self-esteem, confidence and overall well-being. I’d like to thank you personally, for your continued support. Raising awareness and funds for 2.5 million homeless children in America will help build healthy, successful communities across our country. Kind Regards,

Grant recipients | Peoria, IL
