Retention campaign: This email was part of a retention campaign in 2010. The campaign was aimed at authors and researchers at subscribing institutions to remind end-users of their subscriptions. The activity resulted in increased usage of the database by 25% (year on year) and achieved 94% retention of key accounts identified by our sales team.
