Product related internet resource – Global Health The Global Health Knowledge Base highlights important unique records found in Global Health, which aren’t found in Medline or Embase. The dashboard is used for raising brand-awareness and increasing usage within the database. Every month subscribers receive trial access to the over 1 million research abstracts on the Global Health database for a limited time. Product related internet resource – Food & Nutrition The Food & Nutrition Hotspot highlights important topics within the subject area. The dashboard is used for raising brand-awareness and increasing usage within the database. Every month subscribers receive trial access to the over 1 million research abstracts on the Food & Nutrition database for a limited time. Retention campaign: This email was part of a retention campaign in 2010. The campaign was aimed at authors and researchers at subscribing institutions to remind end-users of their subscriptions. The activity resulted in increased usage of the database by 25% (year on year) and achieved 94% retention of key accounts identified by our sales team.
