Manager’s Moment Jesse Palmer-Inventory Manager We continue to strive to meet the needs of our customers, and stocking a large amount of inventory at our warehouse building is one way we try to do just that. Because of that, we must take at least one annual company-wide inventory. This year the inventory is scheduled for the second week in June. We will take our physical count of material in our buildings and on our service vehicles, and get back to business as usual as soon as possible.
New Employee Welcome Jordan Miller to the KTCI staff. Jordan is a Senior at LHS and admitted “gearhead*” He has already joined Beau, Sam, and Charley at Charley’s Welding and Auto Repair as a mechanic, on a part time basis. After graduation, when he will become a full time mechanic. Jordan tells us two things he is interested in are cars and money. *Someone who is totally into cars and is very knowledgeable about how to modify and fix them.

Changes at Charley’s! rfd tv faq’s winners!
CHANGES AT CHARLEY’S Since Kennebec Telephone has opened Charley’s Welding and Auto Repair, we have been making constant changes. Some of the most obvious changes are the windows, doors, and painting. There are more new changes coming that we are very excited about. The first change is the hiring of Jordan Miller, as a mechanic. Check out the story on the front page. Another change in staffing is Dean Reumann moving from the construction team to the new position of Parts Advisor at Charley’s. He will be the guy behind the counter handling walk in traffic, orders, billing and some scheduling. We believe this is a necessary change from how things are handled at this time, because Charley’s will become a Napa AutoCare Center in the very near future. Becoming a Napa AutoCare Center is a very exciting change for us. Because of this affiliation with NAPA, we will be carrying more auto parts than ever before, including belts, hoses, air filters, oil filters,
windshield wipers, and practically anything else our customers may need! Some really exciting news for our Ag customers: The Napa AutoCare Center affiliation also gives us access to Gates hydraulic hoses and ends. We will have the tools and training to be able to custom make hydraulic hoses specifically to your needs. We will have the ability to make hoses at Charley’s or in the field with a portable machine, to get those costly breakdowns fixed even sooner. The last change we are making is to Charley’s phone number. Soon you will be able to call 869-NAPA or 869-6272, to get in direct contact with the charley’s shop. We will still transfer calls from our main office if you prefer calling in that way. Charley’s hours run from 8:00am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. We are open over lunch so stop in any time to check things out.

A: Kennebec Telephone has a Facebook page because more and more of our customers are using Facebook to keep in touch with friends and family. While they are logged onto Facebook it takes only a couple seconds to check out what’s happening in our company, ask a question, or even win something if we are having a contest. Q: If I sign up for Automatic payment, when does the payment get charged to my credit card or be taken out of my bank account? A: customers who are set up for Automatic payment receive their bill on the first of the month like everyone else, but credit card payments aren’t made until the fifth of the month, and automatic (ACH) payments are taken on the tenth of the month. This gives you some time to check over the charges.
