FAQs

What is the venue capacity for seated and standing receptions?

Capacity varies by season In the summer months, we can host up to 250 guests with use of the entire clubhouse (banquet room, verandah, and patio). During the winter months, our indoor spaces accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated reception.

What is included in the rental fee? (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)

Your rental includes the use of our event spaces along with tables, chairs, standard linens, cloth napkins, silverware, and glassware. We also provide complimentary beverage service with tea, water, and lemonade. For those who wish to elevate their celebration, we offer optional upgrades such as bar service, specialty linens, décor enhancements, and AV equipment.

How many hours are included in the rental, and what’s the overtime policy?

Venue rentals include 4 hours of event time, plus additional time for your ceremony Setup and teardown are not included in this time frame Additional hours may be added for $400 per hour, pending availability and staff approval All events must conclude by 11PM unless otherwise approved in advance

Are there indoor and outdoor options? What happens if it rains?

We’re fortunate to offer both indoor and covered outdoor spaces for your celebration Our covered patio comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests, while our dining room can host up to 50 guests for a more intimate setting. In the event of rain, we’ll simply adjust the floor layout to ensure your event flows seamlessly, no matter the weather.

A $400 ceremony fee applies for all on-site weddings.

You may choose between two beautiful ceremony locations:

Covered Patio – A timeless and weather-friendly option.

Lawn – A stunning outdoor setting with sweeping golf course views. Please note: lawn ceremonies require an additional chair rental fee.

S E T U P & D É C O R

The ceremony site may be decorated the morning of the wedding. For the safety and upkeep of our property, we do not allow open flames down the aisle and absolutely no rice, confetti, or glitter. Any violation of these policies will result in a $300 cleanup fee.

I M P O R T A N T N O T E S

As we are an active golf course, golfers may be present in other areas of the property during your event. Our team will work with you to ensure your ceremony remains as private and seamless as possible.

Dining OPTIONS

We pride ourselves on providing a delicious dining experience for you and your guests. The majority of our wedding meals are served buffet-style, as this option works well for larger guest counts and offers a wide variety of choices. For more intimate weddings, we are also able to accommodate plated meals for smaller groups. Our team will work with you to determine which option best fits your vision and guest count.

M E N U C U S T O M I Z A T I O N

Menus can be tailored to your preferences and dietary needs, with accommodations available for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests. Tasting sessions may be scheduled in advance to ensure every detail of your menu is just right. If you wish to bring in an outside dish, a fee of $7 per person, per dish will apply.

E N H A N C E M E N T S

Each dinner entrée is crafted to complement your celebration with flavor and elegance. All selections include fresh-baked rolls and sweet cream butter, plus your choice of starter, starch, and vegetable.

We can accommodate up to 60 guests for plated dinners; for larger groups, entrées will be served buffet-style. For multiple entrée choices, a $6.50 per-person fee applies to the highestpriced item.
