Office Assistant to the Vice President General Job Description: Exquisite Events is looking for an individual to provide key support to the Vice President and the business as a whole. This team player will work independently and with the vice president becoming an integral part of the front of house operations. This is a part time entrylevel position at $12.00 per hour for a rapidly growing company. Skills Necessary: This individual must possess the following attributes:

extreme attention to detail very strong organizational skills polished, professional demeanor excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

Additional Key Competencies: planning and time management skills, must work well with people-both employees and clients, energetic, amicable, professionalism a must, problem solving, team player with the ability to "roll with the punches" and work quickly, verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, accuracy, multi-tasker Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:              

Provide support with the vice president's day-to-day operations as assigned answer phones; take and distribute accurate messages maintain client correspondence according to business contact manager monitor incoming emails and answer as required maintain office filing systems and client processes manage daily task list and update accordingly type proposals, invoices and other correspondence monitor and sustain all company social networking (facebook, pinterest,twitter, instagram) retrieve and organize all photos into our dropbox account update and maintain databases such as client information, mailing lists and contact lists retrieve information when requested assist in coordinating and organizing appointments and meetings monitor and maintain office supplies keep office area clean and tidy  other duties as assigned - anywhere from returning past purchases, going to the bank, etc
